Chase Bank

very bad impersonal service, i have been doing business with them for five years
they didn’t help when i needed.

I wish i could give this Bank 0 stars, i waited in line for 20 minutes when there were workers that clearly couldve helped. Treated me like a criminal and wouldnt let me get a cashiers check even though i was willing to Pay for it. Very rude teller who gave me attitude. I have never had a worse experience somewhere. I will never go back to this bank. I suggest everyone steer clear of this branch. !!! Everyone i know has also had issues with this branch. Worst service ever

This Chase is located at one of Burbanks craziest intersections. The parking lot is narrow and a bit off from the bank itself. It’s kind of a trek if you want to use the ATM.
The cashier’s have always been friendly and the line does go pretty quickly. Although I admit I do most if my banking online.
This location is close to the mall and downtown Burbank, so great to know when I need to pick up some extra cash.
This is not my normal branch, But I’m happy Chase has several branches in the Burbank area.
Great bank. Just this location is not the easiest to access.

Great service and convenient friendly people. They solve your matters there awesome. But there fees are high they need too lower them they charge alot though. But great bank

Chase is pretty bad in general. But this branch here in Burbank takes horrible customer service to another level. You’re better off opening an account under your mattress. Trying to get any assistance from the branch manager here is like trying to get a restaurant recommendation from a shark when you’re stranded in the middle of the ocean. But what do you expect from a branch manager named «Kas»? Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Wells Fargo.

The Service: Always 3 or more windows open. No waiting in line. Staffs are very friendly and efficient.
There are ATM machines outside the bank. Very convenient location.
The Parking: Private lot, lots of parking spots.

After they were robbed, they had a security guard for a month or two. He’s no longer there :(
In the past two years I’ve been banking with Chase, only two of the older female tellers and one of the young men have been nice. The other tellers are pretentious and lack customer service skills. I «dared» to correct a mistake my teller made today and she chucked my receipt back at me without a thank you. This branch makes me want to close my account with Chase. I wonder how they pay employees if they hate their job so much.
If there are more than two people in line, service is slow. The managers don’t bother to assist when it’s busy and chat in the corner instead. I don’t bother to remember the names of the employees.
I also bank with Wells Fargo and frequent the location right across the street where personal bankers are always on the floor to direct me the moment I walk in and the friendliest security guard ever. I have great rapport with all the staff who refer to me on a first name basis in only the first 5 months of banking with them since 2007 :)

I use this branch mostly for automated transactions, but I have also used teller and notary services. I have not had any problems with any of their services. In fact, the recent transaction I had with signing some financial papers was stellar. Jorge was very professional and personable.
If I need more than just automated service, I will definitely come back to this location.

I get along with some of the employees but I will be honest. This bank is incredibly slow and has no sense of urgency. If it wasn’t literally a 2 minute drive from my house, then I definitely would never go there. You know when you find yourself asking them «is something wrong» then you are dealing with incompetence.

I hate going into this bank. Most of the tellers are incompetent. They take forever to complete a transaction. I bank at Wells Fargo, as well, and never experience slow service. In addition, the greeters here are fake. What’s the point of saying «Hello» and «How are you?» If you don’t really mean it?! If it weren’t for my work and deposits I need to drop, I would not step foot in this bank.

I walked in there today… customer service is horrible. They don’t smile or even make any contact. and they take forever to do just one transition.

I don’t here but I make deposites for employees from here they are very nice here you guys keep this up I might have to change where i bank

Never go in. Always use the ATM or bank online. Love how I can take a picture of my check with my iphone and deposit online. Wish they had a drive thru! Closest one us sun valley :(

I only come here because it’s near my office and I can stop by on my way home. Everyone is right about the bad customer service, the ATM’s being too close to each other, and the big parking lots. My bug bear about this branch is the lady teller (manager?) who counts out my money in full volume in front of the other customers. She has no common sense. If someone were to make a large withdrawal of a few thousand dollars then everyone would know their business.
Either they have no concept of privacy or they really want everyone to know your business. If someone does something to them in their parking lot, they aren’t liable are they? You’re outside of the bank when that happens. Too bad tellers don’t get training in customer etiquette on privacy. They need it sorely.
Also, their accounts people are very aggressive about up selling to you.
I don’t go into this branch unless I absolutely have no time or options.

Come here for the ATM. Parking is okay, sometimes the spaces in front are taken but oh well. I don’t know why the ATM’s are so close to each other because the person next to you is almost looking over your screen.

I’ve been going to this bank since it was Washington Mutual an mainly because my mother originally had an account here. I will go here to use the ATM if I’m in the area, but I generally use the new location on Olive. I will admit I’ve had a couple of issues with the ATM in the middle and had it shut down during a transaction (twice). I suppose any type of equipment is subject to have an occasional malfunction. I never use the one in the middle any more.

I come here often because of the convenience of the ATMs… I avoid going inside because of the grumpy and/​or gold-​digging staff! Nearly every time I have had to go in here for a simple transaction I have received cold and grumpy service. If they aren’t grumpy they are super fake and their Cheshire cat smiles and pushiness to open new accounts make me really irritated.
The ATMs here are great… clean and always work. I will continue to come here for the ATMs

I haven’t actually been INSIDE this particular location, but I do take a liking to the big parking lot, multiple driveways to get in and out and the fact that I can usually walk up to the ATM and find one available.

I went to this bank today.
Actually I like Chase as a bank but I noticed that it much more pleasant to call them then go to the locations. today I went there to pay for my credit card. The lady who was assisting me had such an unhappy and angry face. That was creepy!
I’m thinking like Woman you have your job because of us (Chase’s clients). Can you be more friendly?
It felt like standing next to the huge barking dog — (never know if she is going to bite or not)

Great customer service, Suzy one of the tellers that recently came to this branch had a big friendly smile on! Customer service is number 1 and she was 100% at it! THANK YOU SUZY! two thumbs up
