We originally called City One when we realized our hide-​a-​key mysteriously disappeared. They came out around 8:30pm and re-​keyed all of our locks, and gave us as many new keys as we wanted. Very friendly and efficient.
A few days later the knob on our front door stopped turning. It had worked great until we had the locks re-​keyed. City One had someone come out to take a look. They let us know the issue was with the knob, not the re-​keyed part of the lock.
The advised us to purchase a new knob, which they then came back and we paid for them to install.
The next day, the knob stops working again, the brand new knob! Frustrated, we called them again. Now the fourth visit, someone came out and tried to explain and show us that the issue was not the lock but the knob. The man said he had never seen this type of malfunction before. They sold us a higher quality knob at a discounted price, installed it for free and we have not had any issues.
The whole process cost us about $ 300, and it still seems very strange that our perfectly good knob stops working, and then the new knob stops working… but, they remained friendly and professional throughout the experience.

Mike showed up in 10 minutes from the time I called. I was in my «Locked-​out» house in just 5 minutes, with no damage to my door locks. Great service! Mike was courteous and their prices are very reasonable. he even made me a few extra keys for free!.. I highly recommend Mike, who was knowledgeable and seemed to have a lot of experience as a locksmith. I will recommend him to my friends, and definitely will call him again if I need a locksmith in the future.

Mike is the best! I have purchased my condo a few months ago and needed to change the locks. He showed up on schedule, cut new keys for the lock (without having to replace the entire lock), and charged far less than I expected. I have mentioned that I need to provide the key to my contractor who was about to begin the work, Mike has suggested to change the keys again once i’m done with remodeling, which I did a few days ago. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. He was great, and I highly recommend him.

DONT CALL THEM!!!
I got locked out of my condo. I called them at 7am to open my door for me. After an hour with no success and a chewed up door. I borrowed a later from my neighbor and climbed in through my balcony and got in. I couldn’t believe the guy charged me $ 98. Wtf for you didn’t get in! Apparently that’s their «service» charge. I was already late for work and beyond pissed so I paid the guy. After I got to work I thought about it and became more upset. I called his manager and he gave the same bs line about a service charge. So not only did I have to get in myself, pay $ 98, I now have to repair a door.
Save yourself some time, money and grief. Get a real locksmith.

Great Customer Service And a EVEN better Service! My old deadbolt had always been acting up, until the deadbolt finally decided to completely stop working… Called up this locksmith service and within minutes, they showed up, removed the old deadbolt and replaced it… I was in absolute awe how quick and responsive this gentleman was!
