I’ve had these guys do multiple jobs (over the years) at my place and… well, the whole thing started out fine — Eduardo was super nice, helpful and the job seemed well done. The following year, when the job they did failed to hold against leaks, they came back and asked for more money despite the 3year warranty that he had offered. We agreed that the 1^st time, it was a patch job, so agreed and they redid the whole gutter. All seemed to go well, except that my roof now leaks in a new place (nearby their fix) and when I called to have them fix it, I got the «we’re busy», then they showed up at a time different then our appointment and then basically no response what so ever. Sad to see, b/​c I really liked them but it seems that if $ is off the table, they do not respond to the warranty they give. Repeatedly. So… if you’re going to use them, know that it seems to be a 1 shot deal. Too bad; again, I found them nice & courteous but they really failed on the follow-​through.
