En Fuego BBQ

We ordered barbecue from Jose and his crew for a birthday party. The food was outstanding and delivered hot off the grill and on time. The Tri tip and BBQ chicken were juicy and flavorful, and the cowboy beans were a surprise hit. We got exceptional service, reasonable prices and very, very generous servings. Thanks for making my party a hassle-​free success!

My wife and I were married in a backyard «DIY» wedding on May 28, 2016, in Los Feliz. We could have gone with a banquet hall, or a posh hotel, and let the venue’s wedding planners and chefs take care of the whole event, but that just wasn’t our style. We wanted to create our own magical experience, and turn a three-​tiered garden into a beautiful, enchanted space. We wanted to treat our guests, mostly family and very close friends, to an experience they’d simply never forget. With the help of chef José, we managed to do just that!
Chef José was part of the team from the very early stages of the wedding planning. He invited us over to his house and cooked us up a feast. We tried out our favorite dishes (paella, cheesy potatoes, sumptuous BBQ’d tri-​tip and so much more) in the company of his beautiful family. And that’s when we knew: José’s cooking made us feel like home; it made us feel like family. And that’s exactly how we wanted our 85 guests to feel.
At every step of the way, Chef José and his amazing team went the extra mile for us. The care he put into the planning of the menu, taking the time to meet us several times at the wedding venue to help us prepare for our big day, and the tasty food on the day-​of, was all quite extraordinary. I would be tempted to say that he went above expectations, but in reality we always knew we’d be in great hands.
I can’t recommend En Fuego enough!

En Fuego made a 70^th birthday just that much more amazing! I could not have been happier with the service, quality of the food and attention to detail provided by Jose (before, during and after). It allowed me to be the host without worrying about food. Thank you so much En Fuego, you get my highest recommendation.

En Fuego catered an event for us recently and we we extremely happy with everything! His food was delicious, and he even came through in the middle of a major rain storm! Everyone commented on how good the BBQ was, especially the pulled pork. Even beyond the wonderful food was Jose’s customer service. Minutes after I contacted him, he called back and it was like this throughout our work with him. He made multiple contacts with us to make sure our plans were set, including what we could do to accommodate the BBQ in the rain. We were also able to try the food before we made the final decision about going with En Fuego. Jose is an excellent chef and businessman. I highly recommend En Fuego!

En Fuego is the best there is! Jose answers email, texts, and phone calls. Excellent customer service and excellent food! If I could give En Fuego 10 stars, I would!

Excellent service and even better food. This is real bbq. I used them for my company picnic. Everyone is still talking about the great food and eating the leftovers. I look forward to en fuego catering our next party. Thank you again for making our party a hit.

It took me a little while but I finally got around to writing this review. En Fuego BBQ catered a corporate luncheon for my employer. Food was excellent! The tri-​tip and bbq chicken was delicious and cooked to perfection. We cant wait for the next BBQ!

Where to begin… I am completely amazed with Jose’s catering service! I used En Fuego BBQ for my outdoors country/​rustic themed wedding and it was honestly the best decision ever!!! Jose was very easy going and professional… he responded promptly to my extensive emails, calls, and texts not only that but his skills on the grill are on point! The tri-​tip and chicken were just mouth watering… very juicy and cooked/​smoked to perfection: P Everything turned out just perfect… the food and service met my expectations and above. All of my guest were extremely satisfied: D so if your looking into a BBQ caterer look no further… it’s delicious food at a very reasonable price :) Jose, thanks once again… only downfall is that I’m craving your food and your so far away from us lol

Best BBQ catering company in town. Jose, the owner, is a grill master and knows what he’s doing on the grill. The man can cook!
From mouth watery tri-​tip, BBQ ribs, carne asada, BBQ chicken, and his specialty paella, En Feugo Catering always serves up delicious food at a great price. I have recommend En Fuego Catering to friends and family and they have all been extremely happy with the service and quality food En Fuego cooks up.
