The suspense is back once again with an excruciating 111 degree day upon me, my AC said bye-​bye an honestly I would never take my car ANYWHERE else. I drive from the west side boiling in my ride… To be greeted by Florin and Master mechanic Claudio. They are so legit, never ever do I have any worries or thoughts of extra charges. They are so proficient and honest. Trust me their is no shortage of work for them either because customers return knowing this.
They checked out my GTI and charged my AC, super fast and like I said they are working a full day in this heat, for me to have it fixed fast. Amazing. So grateful for you guys.
Tip: bring them a lemonade on hot days

I was happy with the service until my car started giving me problems. I took it in because it overheated and they said they topped off all my fluids and ran a scan on it and nothing was wrong… So I payed them $ 40 for topping off my fluids and left, the NEXT day when i was driving i would hit the gas and my RPMS would shoot into the 3 – 4 range and id be going about 10mph max. Not normal. I thought since they said everything was okay it might have been one of the recalls that i had on my 2012 Dodge Charger, so decided to take it easy on the car and wait to take it to a dealership. Luckily someone that I work with was able to look at it and as soon as he popped the cover off my engine that problem was CLEAR as day, when they were messing with it they dislocated the senorqule from the throttle body to the air filter and DID NOT re install it before letting me drive off. My co owrker also ran a scan on it. FOR REAL this time and it said in the first minute that i needed to replace my thermometer. THATS IT! My car was perfectly fine but these careless people couldnt bother to tell me that but rather decided to waste my time and take my money. Needless to say ill be in there on Tuesday to speak with the manager…

We got a flat tire on our small SUV. I called a few shops in my area for pricing, including Florin’s, and all gave me the same $ 15 – 20 ball park repair cost. Decided to come here as it was on my way to my next stop on the errands run. Got there, let them know what I needed and they got started. It was a Monday late morning so not terribly busy, but they had several guys working on different cars. They took the time to do the patch well by removing the tire from the rim, patching from the inside, then putting it back together quickly. So I got a good and quick flat tire patch (not a plug from the outside like most tire shops do) for only $ 15! The guy that helped was helpful and friendly, would definitely come back here again if I need car services.

They Go above and beyond to fix your car. Love these guys. Florin is a good Man someone you can trust.

Getting the Car ready for Northbound. There’s a saying that if you find a good mechanic, they are worth their weight in gold. Florin’s is that for me. I’ve been coming here for more than a decade and will not go anywhere else. Having any car troubles, come see Claudio, Christian or Florin and they will take good care of you. Florin is straight up and honest with you about your car. It may not be what you want to hear but it’ll be what it is.
Note to people for entertainment, bring a bat and go to the batting cages if your car will take long for repairs. Plenty of food shops and coffee places if your looking for a refreshment while you wait. Another possible entertainment is have your phone on full charge.

Fast, friendly, and reasonable. I have been here numerous times to have my tires patched. most recently yesterday morning, I discovered a couple of metal objects in my rear tire. I pulled my car into Florin’s around 9:20a and was pulling out around 9:35. 15 bucks to patch a tire seems very reasonable to me. I will definitely continue to bring my car here.

Florin’s Auto Repair is awesome. Great customer service and above all else they are honest. I have been coming here for years. Florin, Christian, and Claudio are always very helpful.

I am so grateful to have found this place. I’ve been bringing my clunker here for 7 years and I have complete confidence in Mr. Florin. He always gives me a quick diagnosis and he never suggests unnecessary work. This is an honest place and they do quality work. They have always been so helpful to me. I can’t understand the review that says they don’t treat women well. They have always been fair and polite to me. And more than polite, they fix my car for a reasonable price and they always get to me right away. I don’t know what I’d do without them. I never take my car anywhere else.

Best place to come for an alignment and/​or oil change! Fast, easy, and no issues. Customer service is great, Chris and Claudio are very friendly ask for them! I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

Overall service was great! I am pleased to say that I had a very good experience at Florin’s. Pleasant to do business with; Claudio and Florin were very fast and attentive to my needs and were fair in their pricing! It only took 2 days for major repairs such as water pump, a/​c repair, brakes and replacing the rotors. Their cost was a fraction of what I would paid anywhere else. I’ll be back again and recommend them!

I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews System Tires is an awesome place. When I walked out the door this morning to pick up my 3 year old from school, I noticed my front tire was not just flat, but completely deflated. In a panic, I walked down the street to see if Florin and the guys could help me (I knew I wouldn’t be able to make it in time to the school if I called AAA to change to my spare). No problem at all! They readily offered to help. In fact, one of the guys brought an air compressor to my car (to pump up my tire) so I could drive my car to their shop and they fixed the flat right away. Indeed, great customer service! I am very appreciative.

Rude, degrading to women, don’t stick to their word.
Plain and simple. Typical male mechanics that treat girls like they are dumb and don’t know anything about cars.
They were unable to help me with my car problem. I was refereed to them by a family friend and they said they are really good. I wont be back.

These guys are awesome! Called in the morning for an alignment, told me should take an hour. They got me in and out in 25 mins. Great customer service and best of all the wheel alignment is good:)

Florin the owner is a guy that cares. He performed alignment on my car, fast w/​reasonable price. Quality/​performance is ok but could be better

Florin is fantastic! My car was leaking so i took it in to Florin to get checked out. He gave me a free consultation and told me he could have my car fixed within an hour if brought it back the next day. The next day i took my car in and he fixed the leak and switched out one of my worn out tires with a used one from the shop. My total came to $ 85! He was so fast and friendly. The only downside is his cute little Italian accent and the accents of his employees. They are very hard to understand and you have to ask them to repeat what they said a couple times before you get it. I will be back next month for a set of brand new tires. I was quoted $ 380 for a brand new set of 4 including alignment!

From alignments, to oil changes, you can count in these guys. The whole crew is great. I trust them with my car for anything. Great prices and great service.

I was referred here by Olive Auto Center; they had told me that my front tires (only a year old) were wearing a bit on the insides (they were) and that I needed an alignment. They set up the appt right away at System and I drove around the corner. There were a few guys running around, some of them smoking (which I thought you couldn’t do in a garage but maybe you can), and looking disorganized. It seemed a little shady to me, and it was chaotic. A guy asked me if I was from Olive and I said yes and he said he would get to me right after they finished a car that was up in the racks. I sat, and sat, and sat while these guys ran about, yelling at each other and getting in cars and driving them in and out and whatnot. I wasn’t sure what was going on. Finally about 45 min to an hour later the guy told me I was next and he drove my car into the garage and put it up, not bothering to talk to me at all about the problem I was having. I watched as he did some test and did some tweaking. Not once did he ever come over to tell me what was going on or what the issue was, so I assumed he was fixing it by doing the alignment. He got the car down, drove it off the little lot and then came back. I told him «great, now it won’t go to the right anymore» (which it had been doing for awhile) and he said «no, it still goes to the right but it’s your tires, not the alignment.» Then he showed me a computer printout and said «the computer doesn’t lie». He said he did tweak one thing but that it was the tires that was causing the problem. So I took his word for it and paid $ 60. All in all, I spent over 2 hours there. Then I went to the place where I bought the tires, Dawson’s Tires, also in Burbank, and explained to Jim what happened. (I had a great experience at Dawson’s buying the tires.) He was confused as to why the tires would be the problem and looked at the computer printout. He pointed out that in actuality, there were several spots where the guy adjusted things but had not said he had. He said I should go back to them and tell them that it wasn’t the tires. After driving to San Diego and noticing with certainty that nothing had changed after having the alignment done, I thought about everything and decided that going back to System Tire was not something I wanted to do after my first experience there. I didn’t want to have to wait forever, or argue with them, or get the runaround, or even attempt to have them take another look at my car. Sometimes, it’s just not worth the time and the stress, you know? Not to say they wouldn’t have looked at it again, but I just decided it wasn’t worth it. So Jim recommended I go to B&I Frame, in Burbank, and said he would pay for them to check it out and re-​align the car if necessary. What a guy. So I did… and I liked the guys there instantly… and it turns out that I needed a new left and right lower control arm and that it wasn’t the alignment at all that was the issue. Thank god I went to B&I and not back to System. I wasted $ 60, but I’m glad I made the choice that I did. I feel that if that mechanic had really cared at all, he would have either a) realized that I needed the new control arms after examining my car or b) would have rechecked the car after driving it to figure out what the problem was.

Trust these guys, they are great, get the job done quickly, and are honest.
They had a chance to sell me all four tires and told me I didn’t need four yet, just the two front ones. I have very expensive tires (big, low pros, run flats). They had the two front tires ordered, delivered, and on my car in a few hours on a Saturday.
Because I had such a great experience with them the first time around, I went back to them when I had a slow leak in my back tire. I thought I may have picked up a nail. After a thorough inspection, come to find out I didn’t have a nail, but instead had a crack on the inside of my rim. I asked if I needed a new rim (a chance to sell me new rims) and he tells me no, that they can fix it. No need to buy new rims. He puts the spare on my car, tells me he will call me when it is fixed, and sends me on my way.

This place is great. All I needed was a hole patched up on one of my tires. Maybe it was because I came at the right time, but I went during lunch, no appointment needed, and I was in and out in like 20 mins. Even chatted with Florin as he worked on my tire and he explained a few things to me. Friendly guy. I will always bring tire issues to him now.

These guys are great! I needed tires in the worst way, and after shopping around online and in the neighborhood, I randomly stopped by here because it’s close to my work.
My car takes an odd sized, pretty expensive tire and I have had trouble finding a place that could get them quickly and at a reasonable price.
I was amazed by the excellent deal they gave me. The exact same tires at
would have ended up costing me quite a bit more (after shipping and installation). And, best of all, they were able to get them the the next day, when every other place I shopped told me it would be several days. Plus, they gave me a 4-​wheel alignment for $ 40. That is unbeatable.
I was worried I had a suspension problem, and asked them to inspect everything for me. After checking it out, they told me it was just way out of alignment and that nothing else was wrong. So many places would have unscrupulously taken advantage in this situation.
And they were just very pleasant, nice guys. I will definitely be back when I need brakes.
