Fogg Pat & David

We used David Fogg and his team and while David is super nice, professional and knows his stuff, we felt he left too much to his team to handle. His team, at times, showed up late and had poor excuses like not knowing where the house was located from the freeway! I would use David again if it was just him. But you end up dealing with a lot of other people who are not as polished as he is. Selling a home can be an emotional and physical roller coaster. He does not sit in for your open houses so you are dealing with people you’ve never met from his team. I would have liked it if he had been there at least for one of the open houses. Real quality is seldom there with realtors these days, but I will only say kind things about David because he was really on his A game, returned phone calls and texts right away and always with a bright demeanor even when delivering bad news. It’s not his fault entirely when his team doesn’t deliver.

WOW — I can’t believe someone gave Dave Fogg a one-​star? It does not seem like Dave Fogg that they are describing. We used him about a year ago, and he was everything you’d hope for in a listing agent. He’s been around Burbank forever, he knows the market inside-​and-​out, and he’s a really NICE honest guy. He was always our point-​person, he worked our open house, and he was always always just a text message or cell-​phone call away. No one likes being handed over to staff, so this was a relief. He gave us fantastic advice on how to stage our home and repair/​repaint, and after following his directions, we got so many offers, all way above listing. We ended up selling for A LOT over.
I don’t think it’s fair that a reviewer gave him a one-​star because Dave Fogg didn’t response to his offer right away. I obviously don’t know what happened in that case, but we received ALL offers and were able to look at them directly. We got all-​cash above-​asking offer and I know he responded to it right away. That wasn’t our best offer so we didn’t take it, but he is the most upstanding realtor! And no reason to feel sorry for his clients… he helped us get top $$ for our home :-)

The Fogg team the best team in Burbank! I wouldn’t trust my home selling and buying with anyone else! From start to close with such ease!

STEER CLEAR OF THE FOGG TEAM! They are impossible to get in touch with and don’t respond. I wrote an offer on one of their listings 3 hours after it was listed for $ 5000 over its listed price and they didn’t have the courtesy to even respond to it. I feel very sorry for their sellers. They are not representing sellers properly and are seriously walking the line of breaking real estate law. They are unethical and unresponsive. When the LA Real Estate market turns again, these kinds of agents will be the first to have karma come kick them where they deserve it.
