Great family run business, Trent is a man of his word. He originally came out and powered spray my properly for spiders during the heat wave in September, he told me if i see any more bugs within 10 days he would come out and re-​spray and that he did with any hesitation or attitude. Thanks again!

Trent is the man! This guy has helped us out a lot; he takes care of anything as small as an ant, through to some much bigger pests, like rats, and anything you might come to find in a big city.
Definitely give this guy a call! He’s down to earth, hardworking, knowledgeable, and funny as well. You won’t regret it, they provide a great service at very low prices.

I had a swarm of termites for the first time after living in my home for 20 years. I heard and read horror stories about the need for tenting. Don’t believe the commercials on the radio or listen to scare tactics. Kyle from Jennings came to my house and assessed the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable about termites as well as many other pests. He did not try to oversell. He and Brian treated the area for subterranean termites and gave me a 3 year guaranty. They were both very professional and thorough. I will definitely use them again for crickets and ants and recommend them to my friends.
It was so good to use a small family company that can be trusted!

As other reviewers have said, Jennings is a great company. The owner, Dale, and his family are honest and hardworking. When we decided to have our house tented to get rid of termites we spoke with a couple of companies. None inspired confidence like Dale and Jennings. The work was done exactly as planned, and done right. Dale even helped us remove an almost dead rat that we had trapped the night before the fumigation.
We liked them so much that we hired Dale’s son-​in-​law to do some rat exclusion work on our house.

These guys are first class. They did the inspection & what areas termites were in. Gave us a estimate, said we needed to tent the house. We were very nervous about the tenting but they were very understanding & helpful. It is done everything went perfect.

Really happy i called these guys! My husband heard some movement in the attic, and I panicked! Just searched on the web for a local company and found these people and Trent, went out of his way to get out the same day to see what it was. He found nothing, and even went up on the roof to make sure there weren’t any access holes up there. We are going to use them to spray for spiders, but WOW. I always try to go local, and this time i’m VERY happy i did!!!

I gave Jennings a call after a terrible termite inspector. Jennings was able to come within a half hour of my call! Two inspectors came and were extremely thorough. They inspected the house from top to bottom. I have never seen such attention to detail. I am writing this right after the inspection. As far as pricing, I haven’t priced around, but seems fair. I highly recommend them!

Found Jennings through my realtor and would highly recommend them. Dale was quick and efficient and the inspection was very reasonably priced. The inspection covered any type of damaging pest as well as searching for dry rot. I am glad to have met Dale and will definitely keep this company in mind for future needs.

Great Company! I say this, because as a Realtor, we come across many termite companies, and you see it all… the good, the bad, and the ugly! My broker recommended them, because I was talking about a horrific experience I just had with a previous company, so I called them to do a report on a 3+2 bank foreclosure home in Northridge, Ca. They arrived on time, and were very thorough with their inspection. Surprisingly, there were NO termites and no additional fees!!! How honest is that??? Its like taking a car to an auto shop and not having any recommendations pr problems! This is a rare hard to find, trait~HONESTY. I would highly recommend them and stand behind my review! Keep it up Jennings– We need more companies like you!!!

I am so glad I went with a local company. My hours this month are crazy and I needed someone to come out to my house this past Saturday, because our home has rats. We have feeling like prosoners in our home and I have two small children that are freaked out completely, as am I. I called Jennings and told them my situation. Trent called me back and told me that they usually don’t work on Saturdays, but he would ask his guy Kyle if he would be willing to come out on a Saturday morning to look at the situation. Kyle called and was able to make it out. He informed me of all the areas that the rats have access and he placed traps in several areas and has been out every day since he set the traps. He has figured out their entry points and will also be covering all the holes that the rats have access to get in. The price is very reasonable (as one quote from an unnamed company was $ 1400.00, WOW!!!). Jennings has worked with me on a flexible schedule and has been super accomodating. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and their employee, Kyle.
For any future needs, this will be the place that we call. Thank you to Jennings Termite Control, their fantastic customer service and to Kyle for getting the job done and doing it right. CUSTOMER SERVICE does live and breath in burbank. This is a top notch company.

I can’t believe I am the first one to review this company. We bought a fixer-​upper and spoke with two different companies about termites. Jennings won out, and did a very thorough job. A wonderful family run business who I would highly recommend to anyone. They ended up fumigating for two types of termites and provided a great report before they fumigated, so we knew exactly where our problems resided. Two thumbs up!
