JPM Plumbing and Drain

Called Al again for my Aunts house she had called two previous plumbers to unclog her mainline she called me frustrated. I called Al he and his son showed up within 30 minutes got The line unclogged and even called that evening to see if everything was OK. Hard-​working honest plumber and funny.

I dropped my wedding ring down the bathroom sink and called at 10:30pm in a panic. He drove right over and continued assured me he would get my ring. He was able to get the ring right away and gave me a great rate. He was a life saver!

Al was great. He just fixed two very large leaks in my front yard. His prices are very reasonable.
He can be a little hard to understand, but don’t let them discourage you. He is very knowledgeable.

I had to come to Unilocal to say what an unbelievable experience it was to work with JPM PLUMBING. My friend and I tried to do a «simple» replacement of a tub handle on a Sunday afternoon. Long story short, the original equipment and plumbing were so weak I snapped off the fixture at the valve by trying to loosen it… My friend was very familiar with Al of JPM PLUMBING and his work and called him right away. He came out late on a Sunday and capped the water lines to get us through the night, so my family would have water. He came the next day with his son Paul and basically performed surgery to weld in new water valves and then fix the original issue which was to replace the broken handle. Most plumbers would have wanted to go through the wall, which would mean more repairs. Al worked through a 4inch diameter hole in the shower wall to repair. He is the nicest guy as his son Paul. He did a huge amount of work and charged an exceedingly fair rate. He is amazing. Call him.

Very trustworthy! Local business. Family owned. Quick and efficient. Shares knowledge and cautions against future problems. Follows through with what he says he’ll do. I will definitely use them /​him again. Either for sprinklers or new sewage drains under my house. I think you’ll be happy with his service.

The owner Al and his son showed up in a jiffy when I called about an emergency leaky pipe! They did a great job, were friendly and reasonable in price. Will definitely use JPM in the future with my plumbing needs!

I used JPM for a second time and was glad I did. Once again he explained every step of what he was doing to give me knowledge in case the problem should show itself again.
While here he checked additional things at no extra charge just to be safe. Nice guy who truly only wants what’s best for his clients.

Called like 7 plumbers to unclog my toilet and some people were charging me up to 200 dollars WTF!!! JPM Tgave me the best price and had great customer service. He came and fix the issue very quick. The owner was a very humble person and I am pleased with the service.

Our entire house had old galvanized plumping, and some rusted out drains. Fortunately we came across JPM which is family owned so the pricing was competitive. I think we probably saved at least 25% versus the quotes we got from a couple others, which is a blessing. Al and his son showed up on time and when it was done Al offered as much time as needed to walk through every aspect of the work completed, we even got under the house to confirm the quality of new copper piping and the right connections to everything. Al is very detailed, but I don’t mind it because he’s also thorough. He took another 10 minutes to write up everything in detail for my records and his guarantee on the work. We’ve called him up since to get him in for the installation of our new kitchen and bathroom sinks, toilet and shower faucet, and the experience was just as turnkey. My only advice is Al can talk fast so don’t hesitate to speak up if you need him to slow down. Aside from that I would highly recommend him.

I called Alonso yesterday in the afternoon and set up an appointment for this morning at 7:30 am. He arrived on time with his son and replaced the water pressure regulator within 30 minutes. He also made himself available to give his insight on other plumbing related issues around the house without trying to take advantage and sell his services. I found Alonso to deliver on time, with honesty, and at very competitive rates. I appreciate this and will call him back.

Thank you JPM Plumbing. I called Al with an urgent request on a Tuesday afternoon, and came within 15 minutes. We live in a condo — can be incredibly tricky. Our kitchen sink was completely backed up on both sides, and he was able to help us snake the drain and quickly help us get all the pipes reconnected and resealed in under a half hour. So far so good!
He charged a very fair price even on a moment’s notice, and was a pleasure to do business with.

I’m so glad I found JPM through Unilocal!Our sink was clogged early evening and I was hoping to find a plumber to come take a look at it first thing next day. I called Al (the owner) and without hesitation he said he would come take a look at it in 20 mins (since he also lived Burbank)! It was already close to 8PM when I called him, but he still made the time to come take a look at our sink. He worked on it for about 15 – 20 mins and got it fixed for us! He also charged us a really reasonable rate!
Al is very friendly and experienced and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber!

Just moved in to our new home and after 24 hours, well I’ll spare you the details and needless to say, I needed a plumber. Called Al close to 5pm, and he came in an hour. We were all straightened out fairly quickly. He was personable, efficient and affordable. I highly recommend!

A few weeks ago my shower would not turn off, meaning when I would turn off the faucet water was still pouring out. So from there I turned off the main water valve to the house and called JPM. Al answered the phone real quick early on a saturday morning and was able to come out quick. The problem happened to be simple it was just a broken washer. got a nice price to fix it and my faucet was good as new. Al even adjusted the knobs on the shower so they rotate nice and easy. I would definitely call again for future problems.

J.P.M. is the best plumbing service in Los Angeles. I found them through a friend after being quoted 13,000 dollars for a «Broken» water heater.
My water heater was having trouble sparking. JPM was here in an hour, job done in 20 minutes. Great customer service, an absolutely amazing professional. I will be using them for all of my needs. He refuses take advantage of people. I am lucky I found him.

I have hired Al a few times. He first came on a Sunday and was really fair with the price and did a great job. I thought I found my forever plumber. Next time he was nice as we initially started, and as he made a few mistakes which resulted in returning items to Home Depot he got really wacky and mean. And yes I too know about that horrible phone attitude, the other person posting is not making that up. I think you have to take a chance and see who you get. If the Good Al shows up, your good to go. Too bad he was such a nut job with me, I did a HUGE repipe out to the street and I would have loved to throw the job his way. I just didn’t know who I was going to get. I couldn’t take the unprofessional erratic weirdness.

Fabulous! Al and Paul are absolutely wonderful! As it turns out, Paul has played soccer with our son, MacGuinness. Burbank is the smallest paradise ever! We will definitely call upon JPM for our future plumbing problemas!

Al has saved the day, and night several times. when we first moved in to our rental a year ago … LATE on a Sunday night… we discovered SEVERAL plumbing problems and neither of the two toilets worked. Our landlord is out of state, and we quickly learned that she didn’t care at all about her property and was in foreclosure. all of the plumbing is bad and needs to be replaced. all of it. so, we’ve called him several times now because no one is going to replace it and problems keep coming up. Al basically does what he has to do to keep us safe and functional until we can move out of this money pit/​neglected rental.
Al works fast and is an honest, caring guy who loves his job and family (JPM are his kids initials). just today he fixed our kitchen drain and wasn’t even going to take a dime because it was a super-​fast job. my boyfriend made him take some money because… well…he earned it, and its the holidays –and then he gave US a holiday card! Al talks fast, its just the way he is, so be patient — he’s a former boxer. He’s the best and won’t mess around, very smart. I appreciate him so much and he understands our situation (we aren’t replacing all of the plumbing because it’s not our place!) he also always makes sure to supply us with detailed receipts to give to our crazy landlord. I just hope wherever we end up/​move to he can still be our plumber!

Called Al this morning, showed up when he said he would, assessed the problem, gave me his honest opinion, told me exactly what he was going to do, agreed on a fair price, and took care of business! The best part honest, friendly, and knew his business.
Would I call him again? No doubt!
