Not only was he prompt, friendly, and super efficient, but he went above and beyond, by scraping paint from a window left behind from a previous paint job. Kevin did an incredible job, and we will definitely be calling him to take care the windows of our business here in Burbank as well.

We have used Kevin’s Professional Window Washing for the past three years and find his service to be outstanding. Kevin is very reliable and always does an excellent job. We recently had a new roof put on our house and our windows were extremely dirty. Bur, after Kevin came out and cleaned them, they look like new. His prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend his company.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, and I’ve never wrote an angry Unilocal review. They did not show up the day that they were supposed to, and then did not respond to a single phone call, or even send a text. This after making arrangements and even doing a walk through, and a confirmation.
A DAY LATER they said they sent a one-​line email saying they couldn’t come in because of lack of insurance. I don’t even care if they clean windows well, we hired a cleaner the morning of and they came in and did a great job with zero conflict.
These people suck.

We just had all the windows in our house cleaned inside and out by Kevin’s window clean service. They were really dirty and a lot of our windows are the criss cross diamond paned style. He did an amazing job ! The sliding glass doors look like new. they are crystal clear.
I highly recommend his service. It was very reasonable indeed, compared to other quotes we got and he has been in the business a long time.

Kevin does a GREAT job at cleaning my windows. I don’t know how he does it! I swear you can’t even tell if your window are open or closed it’s so clean. Beautiful work! He is so friendly too. I used to have a guy who spoke hardly any English and it was really frustrating and felt like he was overpricing me. Kevin’s prices are VERY reasonable.
As long as Kevin is in business, he will be my window guy! He also cleans rain gutters!
Highly recommended.
