Business Owner

Jaya Kapoor practices several areas of law including workers’ compensation, employment, business and real estate law. She co-​founded the firm in 2011. Prior to forming Hong & Kapoor, she was an Attorney for Mainstay Business Solutions. Prior to Mainstay, Ms. Kapoor worked at various law firms representing clients in workers’ compensation and employment matters. In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Kapoor was the CEO of an international import company. She continues to provide legal guidance and practical business advice to the company.

Ms. Kapoor received her Juris Doctor in 2003 and a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science in 1999. She is a member of the Los Angeles Bar and participates in various committees through out the community.
