My 65′ Mitsubishi had white spots on the screen so Mitsubishi sourced out Leet TV Service. Very pleased with the quick and friendly service that Steve provided. He received the needed DLP chip and came out the same day. He’s been in the business for 30 years and you can tell. He knew exactly what to do and did it quick. Would HIGHLY recommend calling Leet TV service if your set goes out.

We had to go back to Leet TV recently and the experience wasn’t nearly as good as our first visit. It’s amazing how fast things change in LA. The store shares its space with a vintage clothing/​jewelry store. We missed it while we walked right by it, the sign for Leet TV is still there, but the windows and the front part of store belong to the vintage clothing operation. I understand that stores that fix electronics have problems and I was hoping this it’ll still work out based on our previous visit.
Luckily we called before we went there and we were told by the owner (who wasn’t there) to leave our video camera that needed to be fixed with the ladies from the vintage clothing business. Bit strange.
Our camera’s lens needed to be checked, cleaned, we used it in the desert on a windy day. For something like this, there’s a $ 35 fee just to be checked and toward future repairs. It took days to find out what’s going on with the camera and Steve told us that the lens needed to be clean, but «it’s a pain», so it’ll cost us about $ 200 minus the $ 35. It was too much, more than we paid for the actual camera. We could buy a new one for that price! We can’t understand why he couldn’t do it for less, frankly it was upsetting and disappointing, we wasted $ 35. But we wanted to get back the camera and that turned into a major pain. Since the owner is in the store only Monday-​Friday from 8am-​11am, go figure! We wanted to pay with a credit card so we couldn’t go any other time (if you leave cash or check, you can pick it up from the vintage store people when they’re open). This got too complicated, too compromised and it was amazing how inflexible Steve was. You just can’t treat customers like this especially if you’re struggling. It was just about him and his schedule, you as a customer aren’t considered. So we had to change our schedule in order to pick up something that belongs to us.
I won’t ever got this place and I don’t recommend it. Too bad!

Sold me a bum, piece of crap, used TV! Will not be returning!

I was having major issues with my large flat screen Mitsubishi TV, Mitsubishi gave me Leet TV as an option to fix the TV. When I called he was able to come out and look that same day, he took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue and let me know the next steps I should take and options I had. Other places I called couldn’t come out for another 3 – 4 days to just see the problem. So the fact he came out that same day and took no time at all really helped me. On top of that, he checked up on the status of my part for me and followed up with me, Steve also called Mitsubishi for me to get additional discounts. He had my screen in about half the time he told me he would, it was fixed within 8 hours.
I will definitely use him again.
Bottom line he communicated and followed up with me on every step and he went beyond what I would expect from any customer service.

This is a great find if you need TV repair service. The owner/​technician is honest with fair prices. I called around and had other places quote me much higher. I dropped off my flat screen Samsung TV Monday morning and it was ready the same day that afternoon. My TV had powering on issues due to some cheap manufacture capacitors gone bad. They replaced the bad capacitors with better quality ones and now it powers on right away. Any brand, any problem, Steve will fix it or be honest enough to let you know it would not be worth the money to repair even if it means losing a few bucks. Always cordial and very informative, willing to work around the customers schedule, believe me when I tell you, Leet TV is the best in the business!
