Used Magic Moment for a wedding I was the planner for and then my own function. Communication was easy and I always got a quick response when I had a question. I had to adjust timing for the wedding which was taken care of quite easily. Had a little snafu with timing for my party but it was handled professionally and remedied at once. I would use this company another time. The attendant at both events was friendly and kept traffic flowing.

My event was in September. After numerous emails and claims of «it’s been sent twice» I finally received my book in January. A few pages organized but most of the pictures were bunched in the back. Quality of pictures was ok. A bit dark.
I also got an email saying that if I don’t take down my review they threaten legal action.

I was very disappointed with the photobooth at my wedding! The customer service and response leading up to the event was great. However, the quality of the pictures were terrible. No way it could have been a DSLR camera. All the photos were so dark and hard to see. I did ask for a preview of the photo template and did not receive one. The props were not anything nice either.

It was a PLEASURE to work with Magic Moment Photo Booth from beginning to end. Scott, the technician that worked the booth the day of the event, was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The open air booth gives you the option to do both B&W OR color, that’s awesome! George and Armond on the administrative side were always QUICK at responding to my emails and questions. Will DEF be working them again for our future parties. SO happy to have found them.
