Loved my hair. Linda taught me how to style my natural curls and showed me how to use Ouidad products!!!

I got the Ouidad carve and slice cut on my scraggly curly hair and am just stunned! It looks amazing! Linda was my stylist and she was fantastic; educating me every step of the way, discussing what she was doing and what I needed to do to make the most of my curls. It was just a great experience all around and I FINALLY have hair that I can be proud of! Thank you Linda, I look forward to seeing you next time!

Linda is amazing. I came in with a frizzy mess, and I left with incredibly gorgeous curls! She explained how the Ouidad cut works, she took me through the process of styling, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. I was happily using the same hairstylist for twenty years until it became apparent she was, unfortunately, suffering from a severe emotional disturbance and could no longer reliably do her job. It was challenging going to a new stylist but I’m so glad I did. I have naturally curly hair that takes some real finesse to cut well. Linda at Michelle Bouse’s Beauty Boutique has the skill and know-​how to do my unruly locks right. She gave me a seriously terrific cut, showed me new styling techniques that were genius and suggested products that really work! I was delighted with the results. The salon was charming and unintimidating. Linda is lovely. The entire experience was very positive. For those looking for a new stylist — esp if you have curly hair– check this place out. I’ll be going back for sure.

I’ve been getting lash extensions from Michelle for seven years, yes, SEVEN years! When I go to her it’s the highlight of my week, not just because of how fabulous I look when I’m done (I’m allergic to mascara so lash extensions saved me!) but just spending time with Michelle is a treat.

I have been to see Linda twice now for the Ouidad Carve & Slicel cut. She’s certified to tame curly tresses by Ouidad (found her from their website) and she knows her stuff! What more can you ask for than a specially trained expert who sports curly hair herself? The best part about Linda is that she really listens to me and what I want, and then she delivers. It’s so hard to find someone who knows her way around a curl, and Linda is the real deal!
One big plus is that you can schedule your appointments with Linda online. I was really glad to discover this because she takes *forever* to return your phone call (like 2 weeks!). But I’ve had no trouble getting the times I want when I book on the website.

Wow’ I did not realizes I was searching for a little pretty and got so much more.
I have been suffering from thyroid eye disease for about 5 years now. In 2013, I had my first procedure with expectations on looking normal again, which was not the case. So, in May 2014 I had to have a second procedure and the healing process has taken longer than expected. So, needing to leave on vacation I was on a search for someone to put on lash extensions (a foreign concept to me, something I have never even thought of until now). I was hopeful this would help me look better as I heal (approved by my doctor of course). Anyway, in my search I found it hard to find someone to talk to about my eye problems, as well as a licensed and/​or sanitary establishments. I could not believe that anyone would scrimp on something as delicate as their eyes, but I guess due to my history, I might be a bit more sensitive.
So, having a higher level of expectation and knowledge, I was fortunate to find Michelle. Just in our first phone conversation, she was caring and understanding. She listened to my story, and immediately took me under her wing. Michelle not only gave me «a little pretty back» with amazing lash extension, but she touched my heart with her kindness in a way I have not experienced in a long time.
So, with thoughts of all the wrongs we become accustom, we could forget there is also kindness, and so often these random acts of kindness go unnoticed. Michelle thank you from m the bottom of my heart!
Anyone out there looking for eye lash extension this is the only place to go — she is a 5 star PLUS!!!

I have been going to Michelle for close to three years. Do yourself a favor if you want lashes and go to her (also for other services… she gives a great facial). She has a marvelous, natural looking technique – it is no wonder that she is often called upon to teach her trade to others. Michelle is highly skilled, efficient, extremely gracious and warm. Her beauty boutique is an oasis of calm. I can’t say enough good things about her or her work.

Michelle is terrific! She did eyelash extensions for me. They were beautiful and although I did not keep them, that was in NO way here fault. I just found they weren’t the thing for me. She made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and gentle. I plan on going back for her facial services.

Best lashes in the business and the nicest person to boot! Michelle is super personable and thoughtful and makes the typically not-​so-​relaxing eye lash process both comfortable and quick. I can’t say enough nice things about her.
Book your appointments on her website for a seamless experience but book early because she fills up fast!

I’ve been going to see Michelle for years and can’t say enough good things about her. She has tamed my unruly eyebrows into shape and help wax away the scary unibrow bridge (you know what i’m talking about).

Please don’t filter my review. She is an kind person who deserves a good rant. My eye lashes were gorgeous for my wedding and my hair bling was a fun way for my mom and I to bond. I would definitely go back I am curious if anyone has ever had a facial here that is why I keep checking old reviews and notice mine keeps disappearing. Maybe its best I keep it short.

I have been going to Michelle for my lashes for a few months now and can not ever imagine being without them, I love my lashes! Michelle is awesome and her boutique is so sweet.

Just had my lashes done last night & WOW! What a difference! I used to have beautiful lashes but recently they’ve been growing down. And since I’m taking a trip in a few days, I decided to bite the bullet & get them done. Color me a very happy camper. Michelle is friendly, professional & did an amazing job!
It’s not an inexpensive treat by any means but you will leave happy & prettier ;)

I’ve gone to Michele for waxing and facials… and she’s not only the best but also the best deal I’ve found in LA. Love love LOVE her.
I’ve been living in LA for two years now and was referred by a friend to see Michelle when I first got here for eyebrow waxing. I wasn’t expecting anything special and was amazed at the care she put into every single detail. My brows are always perfect and well cared for with Michelle. I’m never even red when I leave! (I didn’t even know brows could actually even feel well cared for, but she makes it happen!) Her newest wax smells like chocolate and just makes me feel like I floated to a happy place. Two years later, and after trying a few other places here and there around LA she’s now the only one I let near me with wax!
Recently, I tried her new Fall Facial. It’s soooo much more than just a facial: it’s a relaxing, mellowing, erase any and all stress away hour long pampering experience with the scents of fall surrounding you. Banana bread, pumpkin, and other just warm feel good scents surrounded me. I felt like I was in a spa… and a great one at that! The facial ended with a warm beverage of my choice — Michelle made me an incredible chai latte and it was genuinely the perfect end to a stressful week at work and the perfect start to a beautiful weekend!
My biggest complaints with most other places I’ve been to for facials or even massages is that when I go, (including more expensive or specialty high end places), I feel like the people treating me are just being mechanical and watching the clock. Michelle takes sooooo much care and seems to put her heart in everything she does. She is simply a nice, generous, and welcoming person. Her salon is constantly involved in different charity events (locks of love, charity drives for the Burbank Food Bank, donating hair to help clean up the BP oil spill… the list goes on.) This is definitely a place you can feel emotionally good about going to and will love experiencing for yourself.

I have been coming to see Michelle for facials for a few years now & won’t go anywhere else. The Oxygen facial is amazing. Michelle infuses a glow into my skin that I haven’t gotten anywhere else. Her sweet & caring personality even seems to make waxing less painful — gotta love her!
I recently tried the special they were offering on the Brazilian Blowout & fell in love with it — perfect for summer! I skip that whole hot blowdrying step — amen!
