I too paid in full just about a year ago, no quilt, no return phone calls, now I’m contacting burbank police. Attorney general and better business Bureau. Sad that a human would do this over and over

Wish i would of known what a rip off this woman was. Paid in full and got nothing but empty promises. Now her FB page is gone. Thanks for disappointing my grandson and family.

I wish you could give someone zero stars because that is what this person deserves. I paid $ 350 for two quilts and never received them. She doesn’t answer emails or communicate in any other way. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!

As others have said, if zero stars were an option, that is what I would give her. She posted a beautiful Aerial quilt on Facebook and my 17-​year-​old daughter has a beach themed room and still LOVES Aerial. So I wanted to give her something super special for her birthday. Samantha assured me it would be no problem to get the quilt by my daughter’s birthday Oct. 8. She even sent photos of the fabric she had chosen and the quilt that was «almost done.» I thought all was well. But my daughter’s birthday came and went, no quilt ever arrived. I called and she responded saying that she has so much business that they had to hire employees. She said an employee must have sent it out late. Ok, stuff happens. My daughter is old enough to understand that her gift was late, I thought the quilt would just be late. Now it is a month later. Still no quilt. She promised she would send a photo and tracking number by yesterday. Nothing, not even a photo showing progress ever came. I filed a complaint with Paypal to get my money back. I wish there was more I could do to protect other consumers who put there trust in her. I thought I was going to have the most amazing gift for my daughter. So disappointing! I have two daughters and I had thought about getting a quilt for her from this woman. Thank God I decided to wait until I saw her work. I am very frustrated and I guess the thing that bothers me the most is how she lied to me. I paid her half as a deposit. Then she sent me an e-​mail saying the quilt was going to be shipped out the next day so I needed to pay the full amount. But then I never received a tracking number or notice it had shipped. I would be so very grateful if she ever sends it to me. But I would not give her a dime until I had the quilt in my hand. I wonder if there is a way we could somehow stop her from doing this to others. She just removes the negative posts on her Facebook page.

FRAUD — NO LIE. this women takes your money and doesn’t send you a product nor does she respond to you.
I ordered a quilt for my first niece over 7 months ago — even went through the effort of designing it as Samantha promised she would be able to do it and spoke with her numerous times on the phone. After payment was received, she disappeared… wrote a couple of emails here and there indicating the quilt would be late and yet never sent me a finished product or returned my money.
I am still waiting and will continue to persist to receive my money back. This women is rude, tacky and to be frank — should NEVER be allowed to own a business… Samantha, people put their trust in you, give you their hard earned money and you turn around and treat them like this… you will never be successful nor are you a good person.
I had no gift for my beautiful niece and have been promising my brother something ‘so special’ as discussed with Samantha — now I have to look like an idiot and let them know I got ripped off…
Enjoy looking at yourself in the mirror Samantha — you should feel really good about yourself.

FRAUD! My friend has sent her first baby’s clothes to the fraudulent business months ago and she has not produced a quilt. She has even lied about shipping it and gave a fake tracking number. She has not attempted to fix the situation nor give the clothes back. Horrible service! Wish I could give it zero stars!

BUYER BEWARE! I wish there was an option for zero stars. My friend ordered a quilt MONTHS ago and sent her daughters precious baby clothes to have the quilt made. She has received the run around for several weeks and her order has never been sent out, although the owner went to some trouble to provide a false tracking number. My friend is just at a loss at this point, as the owner has been lying to her about the whereabouts of her quilt, won’t return any messages, and deletes any form of communication on her FB page. They are desperate to get their daughter’s precious memories back, while the owner continues to collect clients. Shame on you Mrs J!

Absolutely the worst customer service my wife and I have dealt with, Period! Lies after lies after misinformation after a multitude of other issues elevates this company to the best of the worst home based business’s I’ve personally ever been involved with. Small business makes this Country go round but there are a select few that just give small business a bad name… enter Mrs. J’s Custom Quilts. My words cannot begin to describe the months of anguish, stress, frustration, hope, sadness and anger to name a few emotions this lady bestowed upon my wife who trustingly sent our first child’s baby clothes for a custom quilt not knowing the nightmare that awaited. Buyer Beware doesn’t do it justice, stay far far away… like another planet far…

Had multiple quilts made for my family from baby to adult and they all turned out amazing. Mrs. J’s Custom Quilts does great work. She puts so much love, passion, and hard work into her quilts. I recommend her to all my friends and family and they have actually had quilts made and are soo happy!!! She offers great prices and great work. Her portfolio is amazing and the pictures speak for themselves. The person who posted the first review is lying and saying horrible untrue things about Mrs. J’s and it is sad to see such petty people trying to ruin a great small business. I have had multiple quilts made and all came out outstanding and everyone who sees them loves them and asks where they were made!!! Mrs. J’s all the way!!!

Pretty cool quilts. Had one made for my son for his first Christmas. We use it all the time now at the park and to play on at home. I will definitely be ordering another one for him soon! I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a great unique gift, especially for the person who has everything.
