Had a bad experience here trying to get a synthesizer repaired, and I will not go back. I got their info off of Korg’s website, as they are listed as an authorized Korg repair facility. They had my keyboard for a month, and never did a damn thing. Every time I called to check on the progress, he just said that I needed to talk to the boss, who never seemed to be there… I left several messages for «the boss», and he never called me back. Finally, I went and picked it up and took it to Audio Rehab in North Hollywood, who did an amazing job and turned it around in just 2 days. I forgot to mention… the guy at Musictek said I needed a new microprocessor, which ended up being a misdiagnosis. Greg at Audio Rehab found that it just needed some solder joints redone, piece of cake. I won’t go back to Musictek again, they simply don’t have their act together. And no, I don’t work for Audio Rehab :)
