LOVE THIS OFFICE! Nari is so helpful and really took me through the steps of getting insurance and buying a car, as a first time buyer. It’s so nice to have an actual agent who is willing to help me save money and make the right choices when buying a car. I went in one day, and then a week later my whole family wanted to get State Farm through this office!

True pleasure working with the professional staff at this agency. State Farm is one of the more reputable insurance carriers in the nation and this office in Burbank certainly represents them accordingly. I plan to stay with State Farm and this agency for many years to come.

I love this office. I got into an accident on Thanksgiving day. I called the office the same day and they walked me trough the claim process and made it so simple for me. Thanks guys your guys are the best.

This service has been amazing from the costumer service to the low pricing rates! I was able to buy life insurance and get an additional discount on my auto saving me 40% of what I would previously pay! Nari and Hamlet are awesome agents with a world of experience. The staff is a great compliment and works hard for each policyholder and can help out everyone get new policies and deals! Highly recommended!

I was recently involved in an accident and can’t get through to the claim’s department because there are persistently 20 minute hold times. I called the agent and at first they told me that’s what they were there for! Apparently those were just words as this office has not helped at all. No one returns my calls. I just spoke to a female staff member there and I felt she was extremely rude to me. She gave me no information about where my claims process is currently and rather just reiterated generic insurance jargon to me that I already know. She then complained when I wouldn’t listen to her stream of useless words.
I really can’t recommend state farm insurance in general and I certainly don’t recommend going to this agent.

The best decision i’ve made while shopping for my auto insurance. I recently moved from washington state to california and i had to get a new auto insurance. From my previous experiences, Insurance agents can be very pushy. Armen at statefarm was really helpful. He provided an outstanding service and he was detailed orientated. He was very patient and handled everything fast and professionally and found me an unbeatable quote. If you are shopping for an auto insurance definitely ask for armen and you will not regret it.

I got a great rate and not a single company has been able to beat it, but I’m always on the prowl for a better rate! I had a problem earlier where they made my miles lower that what was truly the case to try to save me the most money. While I did appreciate it I did not want a claim to be denied because of misrepresentation. Nari assured me that it was an honest mistake and that there was confusion with the other driver on my policy. After that got cleared I am extremely happy wth them.

I had a wonderful experience with state farm, this location to be exact. This statefarm branch is very welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable. This branch is the reason I am now a state farm policy holder. Julieann and Nari were wonderful agents!!!

I am not a Unilocal user but i just had to give Nari credit. I decided to switch insurance because I was very upset with my previous insurance company for various things. So my story is at first I called a SF agent in Glendale. The worker said the agent will give me a call back in 1hr to answer all my questions. The agent never called me back. So I found Nari on the interent. The lady said she is in a life appointment and she will give you a call back shortly. Less then 30 minutes she gives me a call. Wow. She is so amazing. Very smart and knows what she is doing. I currently hold 16 policies with her. She insured all my investment properties, home, and etc. At the time she offered life insurance and I did not want it. She called me a month later and set up an appointment. She came to our home with charts, diagrams and different options. She spend 3 hours with my wife and I going over the different life policies and how important it is. So she signed us up with life too. I highly recommend Nari for all your insurance needs. My wife and I are so happy with her service. Thanks again Nari you are the best.

Insurance isn’t really a sexy topic, in fact it’s kind of complicated. But with an Agent like Nari, it all seems to make sense. Nari is extremely thorough, but most importantly she makes everything simple. She explains exactly what you need so you’re properly protected and you have peace of mind. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

I met Nari through the Burbank Chamber of Commerce and also through attending Burbank Association of Realtor meetings. I recently moved from New York to California and she informed me that my auto insurance needs to be switched over to California. She explained why and was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed before I switched over. Nari is the nicest agent ever, she bends over backwards for her customers to get the best service!

A big thanks to the staff and Nari the agent herself! They are very honest and always try to give you advice whether you are insured with them or not! It was great working with Reneh as it is difficult to have an insurance office who really does take the time to go over the coverages and really explain everything. I recommend all of my family and friends to go to Reneh for all of their insurance needs!

Professional, courteous, and honest — the best qualities you can ask for in an insurance agent! The details of my policies were all explained and I couldn’t ask for better service. I plan on bringing all my policies to Nari’s agency. I recommend everyone do the same! You won’t regret it! :)

Nari, Hamlet and their staff are AMAZING! They will make sure that you are knowledgeable on their products and understand the policy you are purchasing. I hold four auto policies, renter’s insurance and Life, all for less than $ 300 a month. Customer service is exceptional, two thumbs up!

My experience here was wonderful the office is beautiful and is a very welcoming environment. when you walk in the staff offers you coffee and pastries. Nari, Hamlet, Julieann and Angie make you feel like family.
Nari, is very detailed and makes sure you understand what you are buying before you buy it and didn’t make you feel rushed or pressured. Great team and you wouldn’t go to anyone else for your insurance needs.
