Hi,

my name is Lucia, pastry chef and cake designer at Noël’s Bakery.

We are not a cake factory, but a boutique business operating from our home in Burbank, CA.

Every order with us has our full attention. We only work on one custom project at a time, this gives us the unique ability to collaborate with our customers and create the perfect design together.

Over half of our orders are dedicated to gluten free and vegan baked goods. We are happy to take the time to make a special recipe just for you and your unique dietary/​allergy requirements.

To place your order, please send us an email or give us a call. For simple designs please give us at least 2 – 3 days heads up. Most custom designs take 2 – 3 weeks of planing.

Business Owner

Founder and the head pastry chef Lucia Noël began her work as a baker in her early childhood helping her mom prepare desserts for family events and holidays. Lucia was raised in Slovakia a small country with a picturesque natural backdrop and a culture rich in tradition as well as delicious local cuisine. Lucia’s mother introduced her to baking early and she mastered her first cake from scratch, by the age of 8. While traveling throughout Europe working as a model, Lucia became familiar and experienced in a wide array of European pastries and deserts. By pursuing her modeling career in America (and indulging her unceasing craving for sweets) she noticed the heavy usage of pre-​made over processed foods and baking mixes used in American kitchens and bakeries. This inspired her to contribute her healthier «homemade with love» desserts to parties and family events and soon she decided to turn her passion into a job.
