Pizza Factory is a little hole in the wall restaurant serving up some awesome pizza here in little ol’ Burbank. There has been some criticism about their sauce, and while I am a huge fan of their pizza, I can’t really comment on the sauce because the best pizza to get here is the BARBECUECHICKEN! This barbecue chicken pizza will blow you away. Picture the awesome dough(that everybody agreed on here), coupled with a zesty barbecue sauce, fresh mozzarella, red onion and tender chicken pieces. I used to hit CPK for all of my barbecue chicken needs, but as of a few years ago, nobody comes close to the Factory. The service is unremarkable, considering you just walk up to the counter and order your food. Pretty self explanatory. They have but a few tables, so I wouldn’t suggest taking a little league team here — this isn’t Shakey’s.

Good place for a quick lunch. 2 slices and a drink for $ 4.50 or something like that. Tasty.

Great tasting pizza! I’m a little surprised by the negative reviews regarding their sauce. Their sauce tastes fine, if you ask me. I don’t know whose pizza you’re comparing the Pizza Factory’s to but I’d like to try it.

On one of my, «Ding-Dong Doorbell Hello Im here to bug you because i miss you» nights, i showed up at the Flores Residence in Burbank to toast a can of coke for a fallen Brother. and to my surprise they had Pizza boxes and Pizza boxes from this place called Pizza factory(and bags of bread sticks). I remembered this place, i remember Mando showed up one time holding a mini-pizza box with the same logo and he swore by them, only because they didn’t question why he requested no pizza sauce but cheese instead for he his cheese pizza. I had to try it. I took a slice of their meat pizza, a slice of cheese, and a slice of hawaiian. They were all equally NumNum(yummy), and their break sticks were home-made. How do i know this? because they were rolled and not cut out of a tray, they were un-even in size amongst each other, and un-even itself(almost like mini-warped baseball bats). and the best part is that they do not go easy on the sauce and the toppings were crisp and fresh. SUPERNUMS!!! i def would order from there sometime, or steal out of the flores’ stash the next time they get some!!! LOLOLOLOL

Let me start off by saying this… You are not in NY, Boston, Philly, or Naples… I’m sure all those places have great pizza but you’re in Burbank… DEALWITHIT! With that out of the way… Pizza Factory has some of the best delivery pizza I’ve ever had. good crust… not too thick or too thin… on the crispy side with some foldability. Great tasting sauce… toppings are always fresh. My fave is the supreme… Mushrooms, Red Onions, Green and Yellow peppers, bacon, pepperoni, canadian bacon! It’s a party in my mouth! try this over any of the chain places

This place was a very nice surprise. As another reviewer posted, the décor isn’t much to speak of, but the food more than makes up for it. I had pasta that was so good it had me craving something good and cheesy all week. The people that worked there also seemed friendly.

Best pizza delivery place. Soo freaking good. I really only eat pizza if someone orders from here. Spinach and garlic is probably my favorite. Their bbq chicken is fabulous, veggie is great, sausage… I could go on all night. I highly recommend this place. I really tell everyone to stop ordering dominos and just get food from the Pizza Factory!

I dig this place. Small and cramped but they focus on food not décor, I like that. Crust on this pizza is awesome. Someone else mentioned how bad the sause is and while I wouldn’t go that far I’d say it was a bit mediocre. But the toppings are fresh and tasty. The folks inside are friendly and the prices are fair. I won’t lie and say I haven’t had better, ’cause I have, but this is pretty good. if it was bigger with more place to sit I’d go for a 4th star and if the sauce was a tad better I’d say 5. But as it is, 3 and there’s nothing bad about that.

Hi. I really really really really really really really really really really really like this pizza.(If you actually say it, it’s poetic, or sing-songy – whatever). I think it’s the cheese. Outside of fresh mozarella, it’s the best – super creamy – very good for different reasons. Dunno how they manage that. Okay, the sauce is not superb, and the crust is decently dandy, but I dunno, it’s all just so GOoD together. The first time I had this pizza was like 15 years ago, right outside of Yosemite, and my brother and I have not been able to forget about it since. Over the last decade or so, we’d say, «Remember Pizza Factory?» I think it was so heavenly delicious at the time b/c we were starving to death, but when I got it again fifteen years later, I was not disappointed. I burned the roof of my mouth so bad from eating the slices so fast that pieces of my flesh rolled off a little later. Gross, but true. When I was at the tiny establishment, it was empty. Give them the bizNaz! It’s really yummy, even enough to stop my pizza cravings for the Enormously Intimidating East Coast Pizza! RaAwR!!!

We called in an order and we went and it was ready in 10 minutes. I had to have some on the car ride home as the smell was overwhelmingly great. The dough is made fresh and it is really good, the ingredients we added were plentiful. the tomato sauce was ok, nothing too great actually it was a little salty or something, plus the pizza was kinda doused in oil. I do like their prices though. I will definitely come back and try the pasta or a mini pizza for lunch. Not the best pizza Ive ever had but definitely a decent pie for a decent price.

Well I for one happen to love Pizza Factory’s sauce. Beats the nasty crap they use at Dominos, Papa Johns and Little Caesars by a mile. Love the pizza(though extremely greasy) and the calzones are awesome as well.

The pizza dough that this place puts out is incredible. INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately the sauces are horrible. Tomato sauce is the worst and all the other sauces are below average. Unless you’re getting a pie with just olive oil pass on this place. There are plenty of other places to satisfy you pizza fix.

So, I found this place through Unilocal one day while I was looking for some pizza in the area near work(obviously Burbank). Not wanting to slum it at Domino’s(coincidentally my favorite pizza as a kid — can’t stand the crap now — Papa John’s is much better, but still not good), I searched on here and lo and behold, here I am writing a review. Compared to my least favorite pizza sauce(Red Rocket’s at Disneyland), this place is «king of the sauces,» but I agree that it could be better. I’ve eaten here twice and tried a cheese pizza, cheese calzone, and chicken wings. I’d grade them, respectively as B+, B+, and D-. The wings were nasty — fatty and greasy. The paste/sauce on them was good — they would have been awesome skinless, but that ain’t gonna happen. Anyways, look on Google Maps for a coupon, which they will begrudgingly accept for a pretty good deal on a pizza :) If you’re looking for something fairly decent for your buck, I’d recommend this heartily :)

Mistress L. pretty much nailed it. But I’ll reiterate the main points for those who’ll only trust that which is corroborated: Non-pizza items on the menu are clueless. Tomato sauce sticks out as sub-standard but that’s the why the sundried tomato pesto pizza is unqualified sublimity. The Pizza Gods are threatened by earthly perfection. What insecure cranks.

A little while ago, they had a survey of their customers about why Pizza Factory is «the best!» They asked whether it was the sauce or the crust. Which made me laugh, because, ever since I discovered this place, I can’t stand their sauce. In fact, I contemplate, whenever I order, whether or not I can get them to either omit the sauce or use my own sauce(Prego from the grocery store would be better). But the crust! Ah, the crust. These people make one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had(second only to the Indian restaurant my father liked in Germany). Perfect crusts, perfectly melted cheeses, perfect portions of ingredients on the top, and substandard sauce. It’s a testament to how good the pizza is that it survives the accompaniment of the sauce. My theory is that they used to have a sauce that matched the rest of their pizza, but they angered the Pizza Gods by being perfect. So they were cursed to use the sauce they now use. It makes it seem more epic when I eat it. And if there’s anything that pizza needs, it’s to be more epic! I’ve never tried their calzones, more because I would rather make my own than any other reason. And their chicken wings, as I recall, are not worth it. But then, that’s why they’re called the Pizza Factory and not the Calzone or Chicken Wing Factory, neh?
