Previously On

My son found this place last week while visiting me here in Burbank. He knew I was looking for a recliner chair so when he saw a chair he thought I would like he took me there. I didn’t even know «Previously On» was there but I believe it is a great addition to Magnolia Blvd. Well to make a long story short I loved the chair which was in excellent condition and perfect for the space I have. Price was reasonable and the service was great. My son and I are both fans and are looking forward to going back.

What a find. Lightly used highest quality set pieces. This store is one if a kind. Great service from nick and maria too. Don’t miss this store!

Walked in to check out their clothing section* which as we walked through assumed was upstairs as downstairs was all furniture. As we walked through we were verbally stopped by an older lady who says that upstairs is closed, then asked us quite rudely «who comes in 10 minutes before closing?!»
Ok BYE! Wow!
First off my daughter and I were just walking up Magnolia Blvd. shopping and checking out thrift and vintage stores and had no clue that 1. your store was about to close and 2. That you close the upstairs early
Rude! So we left as some guy said «Don’t listen to her» Sorry guys too late! That was so RUDE! Then it turns out that when I looked to see what time it was there was 30 minutes to closing not 10! Do you know how much money my daughter and I can spend in 30 minutes? Feel free to ask the stores around you that didn’t verbally assault us for coming into their store to try and spend money!
I hope this is a good lesson in customer service.
*there was a mannequin out front advertising from the set clothing, we were really excited to see the selection as It’s A Wrap is one of our favorite shopping spots!

This store has a bit of everything, modern? Art Deco„ shabby chic.
The owner greeted us upon walking in explaining to make sure we went upstairs as they also sell artwork, headboards, and chairs.
This store rents or sells the furniture and they were offering a 15% discount on some of their pieces today.
We made our way through this treasure trove of trendy to eclectic flair and while we left empty handed we both said we’d be back again to see more.

Shop has a cool selection of curated items, allegedly featured from TV and movie sets. Some items are reasonably priced ($ 1500 for a really nice tufted suede couch) while others are ridiculous (a jade elephant figurine for $ 100+/day «rent»?).
As for the service everyone compliments, I wandered the store for several minutes without seeing a single employee and was dismissed with a vague «thanks!» called out from the back of the store as I left.
Was interested in a chair and a nice throw, but I shouldn’t have to hunt you down to make a purchase.

This place makes you wish you had more homes to decorate. Great selection, helpful and friendly staff, excellent service down to the delivery, Previously On has it all. The prices are very fair as well. Those dogs are quite the team. Thanks Nicholas!

Previously On opened up on Magnolia just a couple of months ago. When I was walking past on my way to work, I spotted a great sofa in the window. Checked it out, the price was great, too.
Nicholas was very helpful, and extremely patient with me for the month that it took me to make up my mind. (Didn’t hurt that the price was reduced a bit more during that period of time!) He arranged delivery on my own schedule, and even supervised everything. I’m very pleased.
So nice to get the personal touch in this day and age!
Previously On is chock full of fun stuff at great prices. You never know what you’ll find there.

WORSE PLACE EVER! The customer service I was given was so horrible. First of all when my husband and I walked into the store, the employees did not speak to us nor did they offer any assistance. Thanks to their poor customer service, I was able to take my cash else where and find a beatiful headboard and night stands! :)

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Previously On. Nicolas was very helpful and an all around cool guy. He also has two adorable French Bulldogs. I stumbled upon this place randomly as I was driving through Burbank and I was pleasantly surprised at what a treasure trove it proved to be. They have a wide variety of furniture, costumes, pictures, and basically anything that can be cast off of a TV/​film set. The prices are very reasonable and I was happy with the beautiful couch and coffee table I ended up purchasing. Highly recommend!
