Don’t go here over charged and my nails look terrible. $ 37 for Gel go look at my photo I uploaded… I was ripped off not cool.

I’ve been coming here since this Summer & I’m more than pleased with the job well done. I haven’t got my nails done by everyone in there, except by one person & one person only, so I can’t judge on everyone’s work. but from my personal experience, the establishment is clean, peaceful, & the woman who always does my nails is always on point when it comes to detail! She’s funny, straight forward, welcoming, & talented! She always makes time for me when I walk in without a heads up or anything. Not to mention, she always leaves my nails strong & durable! There was a time my nails lasted over 3 months! I’ve always jumped around to different nail salons since I was younger & never been satisfied until my boyfriend & I walked into this place randomly because it was closest to us as we were walking in the mall. ever since then, I’ve recommended this place to all my friends. I don’t want anyone to ever touch my nails except Mindy ever again!

Worse gel manicure everrr. The pedi was ok. The oldr lady did my mani, she didn’t bother to remove the extra polish around the cuticle after she put on the gel. I kept thinking, i’m sure shes gonna remove it before curing it, nope, she put the light on my nails and cured the gel with the messy polish job she did!!! Then i thought, ok, shes not gonna let me leave like this, im sure… nope, she wanted to dismiss me. The polish got orange peely, i dont know what was wrong with it but my nails looked bad. I asked her to please fix it, she was trying but ut wouldnt get fixed. I asked her to at least put glitter on top of my polish so you wouldnt notice the orange peely effect. I had already gave her a hard time about the whole mani, so i just left it alone but i was pissed off. She kept saying that it was fixed… pfftt. Also, she was trying to remove my previous gel color by having me dip my fingers in acetone! I was like ohhh hell no… i asked her to please put the foil and cotton in individual fingers… anyway, tried it once and never again.

i just arrived home from the most horrid nail «salon» experience EVER, it was appalling the hostility and rude behavior. I went to have my pedicure and nails with a little decoration for Halloween. I was told to go pick out nail colors she was like a barking dog I shrugged «her bad day not mine» but I was soon to share in her ugly. She was rough pulling and then pushing my hands away and it was abusive. I just looked at her like? Really? She said they could copy any design picture off the web but when I choose a very simple design she struggled with it. She put stones on top of a finished gel with just TOP coat, now you know these will not stay and the glitter again OVER completed gel nail with cheap glitter color IT looks like a retard did my nails. Seriously, I requested gel nails for feet they put regular nail polish :./​. She was trying to help put my sandal back on my foot with my toes still in cased with a ton of paper. WTH? This lady «Lana» was rude and did a horrid job and CHARGED ME 70.00 dollars. They spoke not once to me and talked around me in «their language» how ignorant can one be? If you do not like your job? Then get another or try. I know my nails we NEED to be redone, and it is unfortunate they are allowed to be so racist and rude. YES racist as these people DID not know me as a person so it had to be a race thing, I won’t go back and I regret spending my hard earned money on cheap people who are RUDE. I hope they buy their dinner with my 70.00 and get diarrhea that lasts till next week. And by the way my family ARE Asian… so do not even start…

I’ve been coming to Red Persimmon for over two years now and haven’t been disappointed once. My girl Mindy always makes my fingers and toes look great! No matter what crazy thing I come up with. Mindy and her team are professional and pay attention to detail. They do what you ask and get the job done. I highly recommend this nail spa.

Worst Mani pedi I’ve ever had. The 2 techs working on me talked so much to each other they forgot key parts of my service — the foot rub! Went back to do it while toes were drying… Needless to say job was half the effort. And nails are full of bubbles and not smooth. Was in & out in about 20 minutes. So much for a relaxing «spa» treatment.

There are several nail salons in this same mall. However, there is only ONE that is ALWAYS crowded – meaning they do decent work, and it is NOT Red Persimmon Nails and Spa. The ladies are nice, but they all lack skill. I ONLY granted this review TWO stars because they tried… I have been wearing acrylic overlay atop my natural nails for decades. The ONLY reason I walked to the opposite side of the mall to get my fill was because I had a plane to catch, and my usual technician (at a different salon) had a long line waiting for her. Tina performed my fill, and it was mediocre – at best. To add insult to injury, she charged me $ 17 for a service that was priced on their menu at $ 14. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the menu until I was walking out and had already paid and tipped her. I emailed the manager, Mindy, to alert her that Tina overcharged me. After thanking me for my patronage, she responded, «I would like to understand the story more to come to a conclusion…» I’m baffled. There is NO story. I was charged $ 17 for a $ 14 service. Is there more to discuss??? I did not get a nail repaired. I did not get any special polish or artwork on my nail. It was plain and simple. Tina over charged me. Mindy invited me back to the salon so she could «hear more about the story» and possibly offer me some sort of concession for my next service. Needless to say, I did not accept her invitation. I am not wasting my gas to re-​coup $ 3, nor get a discounted subpar service from Red Persimmon Nails and Spa. NO!!! They will never see me again.

Got my acrylic nails done with Mindy twice and she does not disappoint! She’s really nice and knows what she’s doing. Love the service with her and how quick she does my nails. When it comes to my nails, they have to be perfect and thats exactly what she gave me. Thanks Mindy!

Looking for a no frills, pamper-​less and hurried nail job? You’ve come to the right place.
I walked in early to get a mani/​pedi and was taken right away. I picked out my nail colors and took a seat. I was delighted to see only one other patron in the salon, therefore no reason to rush right? Wrong. I was surprised to have 2 ladies come up to the chair and start working on my nails. It felt overwhelming and not in the least bit relaxing. I was asked to pay prior to my mani and having been here a few times before, I know the special was $ 20 before 2p. Not anymore. It’s $ 22 now and I must say the quality of service has gone done. Maybe the nail polish I chose was expired but it appeared bubbly and streaky on my nails. My pedicure was only slightly better.
Instead of 10 happy fingers and 10 happy toes I have 20 glum «customers».

My BFF’s and I go here every month for our monthly gabfest! Really not sure why we go back? We always make an appt. because there is 3 of us! Every time they take us late and all at different times. Not such great PR when we go all the time and make appt. they do an ok job? 22 bucks for both, cheap. We need to start looking for some place else that appreciates our business! It’s not about the money, but a hello would be nice.

I just got the ugliest manicure in my life here and I have had a lot of manicures I am never coming back here again despite my previous post… pay a little more and go somewhere better

They have many many special services. Their facial is out of this world !!! Mindy is kind, hard working & (dare I say) beautiful. No need to go anywhere else!!! Their staff awaits your visit… Have a great day, Jimmy Shy

I had been coming here for about a year and it seems things have gone a little down hill. I usually get a pedicure, but I will never get one here again. The woman was so rough and pulling at the skin on my big toe that i bled! She didn’t even say anything. Just kept going and poured some alcohol on it. Plus, some of the manicurists rush and do a sub par job. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I can see why bad reviews! Tried this place for the 1^st time yesterday (20.00 mani/​pedi) you get what you pay for!!! Unfortunately I did not ask for a chunk of skin cut off on my big toe (that took awhile to stop bleeding)!! The girl was sorry, but the main girl (manager did not seem to care) I will Never go there again!!!

Love the price before 2pm. Spa Mani and pedi for $ 20. You get what you pay for. It’s alright. Lol. I had a Vin do my nails.

Not the best experience. The guy I had was not friendly nor did he do a good job. Very disappointing. In addition i was told 15 mins And it was actually 40. The manager seems good and the other girls would be better. Definitely don’t go with the guy here.

A co-​worker told me about this place so I decided to give it a try despite the negative reviews. I’m so glad I gave it a chance because I’m more than happy with the job they did! Anna did my pedicure & Mindy my manicure. Both were very friendly.
I got a French tip spa pedicure & French tip gel manicure for $ 40. That’s a steal! They even have a daily special: spa pedicure & manicure for $ 20 before 2pm!!!
Don’t believe the negative reviews! Give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I’ve been to a lot of nail places over the past five years, & I can honestly this is the best place ever, also the only place I go to now ! I love the deals they have before 1 PM, they’re quick, & they do a great job. I get stiletto acrylics every single time, & each time they create my point perfectly & they never pop off. I’ve gone three weeks without a fill with no breakage whatsoever. They have a good amount of colors to use & the staff is always really friendly. I am a regular there now, but even before then they always treated me very well. I’ve even gotten the eyelash extensions & they came out lovely. I highly recommend this place ! :)

I went with my friend to get our nails done for our Senior Portraits. We went it and they immediately seated us and one lady started working on my nails. I was debating if I should get a pedicure too, so I told the lady to do my manicure first and I’ll decide later. Into the manicure, I told the lady I wanted a pedicure. After she finished my manicure, she left and I thought she was getting her tools to do my pedicure, but she called someone over instead! I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get my rushed pedicure.
I got a French tip, which was already peeling off the NEXT DAY. The massage was whatever, I’ve gotten massages MUCH better at other salons.
The ladies working there had a terrible attitude, and there were only THREE workers.
Anyways, it is cheap for the $ 20 mani pedi, but I wouldn’t go back.

MINDY you were gone on Thursday, you need to leave someone in charge who knows how to make this place run CORRECTLY!!!
I get here at 1:40 I wait till 2:30 to get started on my mani and pedi. After she finishes the pedi she goes over to service a gel manicure to someone who had come in earlier that day. So now I’m waiting another 30 minutes for her.
She ask the other ladies to help since I had been there for about a hour and forty-​five minutes at this point, but they would not help because I was getting a $ 20 manicure and not a regular priced manicure (I think its $ 25 o $ 26 dollars) WOW!!! You would treat a customer like this over 5 BUCKS?
You people (employees) who sat there and watched this happen are SICK. SICK HUMAN BEINGS with no morals or compassion.
The fact that I came in for a simple mani and pedi at 1:40 and did not leave this place until 4:31pm almost three hours in this place. The three women who were getting regular priced mani pedis who came in after me and who had their services started after me were long gone by the time I was finished. Not 1 not 2 but 3 women were serviced in about a hour and a half almost double the time I was there which says a lot about how I was treated on this day.
NOTE: If your staff dose not like servicing customers for your $ 20 mani pedi special maybe you should not offer it. Or maybe you should teach them that it is unethical to stamp a price on customers heads and threat them less than because of it.
I KNOW I WAS TREATED LIKE THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE MANICURIST, «I’M SORRY, I FEEL BAD. I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME FINISH YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN HERE SO LONG AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME BECAUSE YOU ARE ONLY PAYING $ 20 AND THE OTHER LADIES WERE PAYING MORE»
