Smog Ease is the best Smog Check Station in the Burbank, Glendale area. I made the mistake of bringing my 1993 M Benz to another smog check station because Smog Ease was closed. Big mistake.
Stick with Smog Ease. Nick is efficient, knowledgeable and coaches people on how to get an accurate test– hot engine, good quality gasoline, clean air filter, etc.
I will bring all of our cars to Smog Ease when they need a smog check .
Highly recommend you do the same.

The normal place we would take our cars to was closed for some reason so we decided to take our car over to Smog-​Ease and that is where we met Nick. Nick is the consummate professional. He was kind, caring, and extremely helpful with our smog check needs. We loved how fast and efficient he was and he has now won us over as permanent clients. Thanks Nick!

I work nearby and called to make an appointment for a smog check. The gentleman who answered the phone said I didn’t need one and could just stop in, so I did. Upon arriving, I was courteously greeted and my car was hooked up for the smog check in no time. I was in and out of there in a few minutes and even had enough time on my lunch break to actually eat. That alone was a worth the price of admission for me. ;) If I can keep my car going another two years, I’ll definitely be back.

You can trust this place. This is a great place especially if you have an older car. They will go over the results with you and tell you exactly what is wrong and suggest how to fix it. If you have a newer car, they will let you pass without trying to find any excuses to make you come back again.

Never did I think I’d be compelled to write a review on a smog check place, but here we are …
I came in on a Friday afternoon for a smog check. They started right away, and I was in and out in 10 – 15 mins max.
No frills no fuss, easy, efficient, quick
BONUS they put air in my tires (the light was on) without me even asking.
$ 55 for a smog check

Possibly the BEST smog check in LA. I have been bringing both my cars to Nick for many years and he never fails to amaze me. I have been bringing my wife’s car and my own car here for smog checks for at least 5 years. I have never had a problem and have always received fast, friendly and fairly priced service! I highly recommend Smog-​Ease. Like me, I’m sure you’ll find that there is no other Smog Check facility even close to their equal in the Burbank/​Glendale area.

Smog test? Go see Nersus (aka Nick). Fast, friendly, efficient… what more could you ask for. I just moved to California and was registering my car (and getting my driver’s license, etc.) at Glendale DMV so I drove down the street to Smog-​Ease and handed Nersus my paperwork and he knew exactly what I needed to get done so that I could go back to the DMV and complete the registration process. He did my smog check then went over my paperwork with me to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my registration. Don’t bother going to any of the other smog places up the street, just go see Nick.

I really liked this place! I went pretty early and got in right away. The man who checked my car was very nice and understood what I needed to do at the DMV (I’m a new CA resident) He have me $ 5 off even though Id never been there and he have me a coupon for $ 10 off for the next visit. Takes about 15 minutes. Great place.

Nerses or Nick if you cannot pronounce his given name is FANTASTIC! Old school hard working man with a really clean shop with family photos on the wall. He was quick, worked through his lunch to get me out sooner and was just a pleasure to do business with. It was my first time there but I will always go back to him and recommend him to all my family and friends.

Don’t let the Eastern European disposition fool you. Nerses is a terrific guy. Honest and frank with you. I appreciated him asking me questions about my car before he did the smog check. He made suggestions before doing the test. It saved me time and money by doing so.

NIck is such a great person and truly cares about customers.
I spoke to him on the phone and he was very busy but still gave me time to talk. I came over to get the test and I did not pass. He told me what was wrong and I am going to get it fixed. He is very helpful and would recommend to all my friends and family.
He knew how much I cared for my older car and wanted to help me out. He even offered to come in early so that I wouldn’t miss work.

Was excited to go here because I found a coupon online. Had it primed and ready. Showed up at 11:00am Saturday morning, they were closed. Time on the door says 9−2pm saturdays. Called, heard the phone ring non stop inside but no one was there. Worst part is there was no note as to why they were closed during posted business hours.
So sad.
