Smog Stops Here

So here I am sitting in the Costco line for gas and I really needed a smog check today to sell a car. While I sit in line I start calling around and this is the first place to answer and the guy couldn’t be nicer. I continue to get some price comparisons around the area and I found one cheaper by $ 2. When I got here I asked if he’d price match and he said «sure, why not?»
Vic’s a great guy, super fast service and speaks English, lol.
I’ll definitely come here again for my future smog checks.

I finished a appointment and knew I was needing gas, so I decided to drive back via directions taking me by Costco. Traffic returning home was backed up like crazy at 2 p.m. I am still stunned about traffic around here. After getting home I realized I had time to get my car smog tested and certificate. A shop on Burbank Blvd. sent out coupons earlier. I called to get the total out the door price, since coupons don’t always save any money. Their price is what I paid 2 years ago. I considered that reasonable. However just a few blocks away I noticed a shop on the corner of Victory and Oak. Hard to see if not for the high sign placements. I decided quickly to turn in as at this moment there were no customers. I explained the price at the other shop. He was unable to match it, but he did reduce it close enough that it was well worth my time in traffic and reduced waiting time at the other shop. He was a very kind person and if it wasn’t so hot I would have chit chatted a bit. I am so happy I stopped. Service was so quick I was able to get to AAA and pick up my tags. Completing both in 20 minutes for both places including driving time. Now people you have to admit that is a good day.

Excellent service! This is my 4^th time my husband brings his truck in for a smog test and he is always over the moon happy! Quick turn around, highly recommend him!

My mechanic recommended this place. It’s actually hard to find, easy to drive right by the first time. Vic gets you out of there quickly. Quick, professional, courteous, but a little pricier than other places that offer discounts with a coupon.

I’ve now gone to this place twice for a smog. The gentleman who does the smog is very nice and helpful as well as quick. My service is so quick that I am never there more than 20 minutes. Priced reasonably. I would recommend this place for any smog services you need.

I’ve been here about 15 times over the years with all of my families cars. Each visit has been quick and hassle free. The owner is friendly and honest. When I accidentally overpaid him $ 20, he chased me down the street to return my money. I won’t go any place else.

I have used SSH and Vic for my last three smog checks — each time: quick, efficient, courteous, friendly, fair price. What more could a person need or want during a smog check? Highest recommendation.

This place was the best. Great price and when my parking break got stuck he fixed it for free. I was in and out in less than half and hour. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This place is fantastic. I’ve actually been going here for a few years now. It’s a little place on the corner off Victory. Vic, the owner, is awesome… every time i’ve gone he’s been very helpful and personable and nice, and super fast! You can get $ 5 off if you have AAA. I highly recommend Vic — he’s honest and friendly and really provides great customer service.

This is the only place we will go for Smog Checks. We’ve been rooked before. Not at this place. Service is wonderful. We’re in and out in no time on a weekday. Everything is explained well if you don’t pass the test. My husband recommends them to everyone and he’s really tough on people so if he makes a recommendation? His friends listen! We have to smog two of the cars this year for registration. One down, one to go! We won’t take them anywhere else.
