Established in 2012.

After 19 years of private practice in Atlanta, GA, Dr. Rabin relocated with his family to sunny California. With no regrets, he started a new practice in Burbank and is enjoying the wonderful weather and meeting new people.

Adding SmartLipo and MonaLisa Touch recently has opened up a whole new world of hope and answers to some very distressing problems women face today.

I switched to a new gyno after I was diagnosed with endometriosis. He’s been my first male gyno. He puts you at east and calls you you directly. I mean who does that now a days. He’s great.

Just saw Dr. Rabin today for a follow-​up. He’s the BEST, without a doubt! No comparison to the other GYNs I’ve seen over the years. I’m always nervous about going to these exams, but since this was my second one with him, I really wasn’t. He has a wonderful sense of humor, is very personable, and makes you almost forget why you’re there. :)
And yes, the parking is not that great… since I have four doctors in this building, I often will go early and try to find a spot on the street. It’s worth it!

This was my first visit as well as having a male Doctor. Dr Rabin was awesome and very friendly, he made sure I was at ease and the entire visit went better than I expected. I took a chance and I am very happy with her it turned out.

My previous OB/​GYN was Dr. Pearson and he was very good during my baby-​making years. I liked him so much that I kept seeing him even after my needs changed. Dr. Rabin has been a better fit as I’ve struggled to be well in my post-​baby, pre-​menopause years. He’s very patient and encouraging and interested in wellness. He’s been amazing at getting back with me when I have questions or need a change in meds.
The only thing I dislike about appointments is the parking in the building, the previous poster gave great suggestions. The only thing I can add it to check your car before you leave the garage. I didn’t notice a dent until I got home.

Dr. Rabin is amazing! Honestly who looks forward to going to the gyno? But Dr. Rabin is very friendly and kind. He instantly puts you at ease with his fun demeanor. He is genuinely concerned about what’s going on with you.
I was having issues that other docs just kept wanting to give me a pill for, but he got down to the root of the problem and together we found a solution. He even scheduled a surgery for me last minute when I told him my insurance was about to end. He went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.
So if you’re thinking about becoming a new patient don’t let the 1 – 2 month wait scare you. Once you’re established you’re in and it’s very easy to get an appointment. He is a great doctor that really wants to find the root of the problem and fix it. Thanks so much Dr. Rabin.
*There is free 2 hour parking on side streets so I suggest going about 15 – 20 minutes early and hunting. If you don’t mind a little walk (5−7min) there’s always parking on Bob Hope drive.

If you get anxious at the thought of going into the gynecologist, see Dr. Rabin. I scheduled a ZocDoc appointment with Dr. Rabin for his first availability (3 weeks away) and almost immediately got a call back from his office informing me that they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to come in earlier. I always get nervous before going into the doctor’s office and had some hangups about seeing a male gynecologist (I’ve elusively seen female doctors in the past) but Dr. Rabin and his staff were so lovely that I was put at ease pretty much immediately. Even if you’ve just met that day, Dr. Rabin talks with you like a longtime friend and you realize OH, THIS is how a doctor-​patient relationship is supposed to work. My examination was lightning fast, but I never felt like he was trying to rush me out to make way for the next patient. Thanks to the other Unilocalers who helped me find such a great doctor!
Pro-​tip on parking: lot is cash only (max $ 5) and tandem parking so you may end up having someone park in back of you. Leave your keys in your car and the parking guys will help if that happens.

I am upgrading this to 5 stars. I docked a star because of the parking situation, but parking be damned — Dr. Rabin is five stars. I’d park 5 blocks away on a valley-​inferno 105 degree day just to see him.
I didn’t even cry on my last visit, he was that quick, respectful and sweet.
He personally calls you with results, even if all is well, and is just so darn awesome.

Dr. Rabin is great! He is very knowledgable in women’s health and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is also very accommodating and a wonderful listener. He takes all the time you need to talk about your concerns and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a new gyno or to anyone going through menopause. You will not be disappointed.

After years and years of being deathly afraid of gynecologists, I was able to man up and make myself an appointment with Dr. Rabin. I’m in my late 20s and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a Pap smear. I kept pushing it back because almost every woman I know that goes in always find out somethings wrong with them and I dread the days you have to wait for results.
I’ve got anxiety issues and it’s one of the reasons that pulled me back from going to one. I also am a hypochondriac and every little thing I feel could be a sign that something seriously could be wrong with me. Anyways enough about me. Dr. Rabin was awesome.
He came in the door and made me smile right away and after I told him I was nervous, he really did try to assure me I was going to be okay. My BF was with me and he really liked him as well. He walked me through the procedure and even showed me tools/​equipments that were gonna be used on me. He was kind and really funny and confident in what he’s doing.
My insurance had referred me to someone else who had really bad ratings and terrible bedside manner and something big like this should be taken to someone who’s professional and knows what they’re doing. Im glad I searched for him and even though my insurance doesn’t cover him, I’ll gladly pay that doctors visit to insure I’m in good hands. Thank you Dr. Rabin! The ladies on here were right about you and am very happy I found you!

I went with my girlfriend to see Dr. Rabin, she was in a lot of pain, she has a cyst that was extremely sore and swollen, we had called around trying to get an appointment anywhere, we called is office and they didn’t have anything for 3 weeks so we left our info to be on the wait list. 20 mins later, as we continued calling everywhere and anywhere, we get a call from his office saying they could sneak us in the next day… GOD SEND!
It only got better from here on out, Dr. Rabin was super informative and dumbed everything down for us so we knew our options, he made us laugh hysterically which was a relief considering the pain my gf had been going through was horrible.
I sat next to me gf as she got the cyst drained and they put in a catheter and a balloon, it was done quickly and handled with care. I can’t say enough kind words about this man, he was generous in getting us out of the office for 240 bucks, we didn’t have health insurance for the visit. So that was a steal!

I moved to the area over a year ago and procrastinated finding a new Gynecologist. I finally decided to do my research and found great reviews for Dr. Rabin. I am so happy with him, I had a great experience! The waiting room seemed a bit busy so I wasn’t sure about how long the wait would be but I waited less than 5 minutes after I filled out my paper work. I got in and he greeted me so warmly I was very comfortable right away. He was also very gentle and didn’t hurt me at all. Overall I am very happy with my new doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I went to see Dr. Rabin today based on Unilocal reviews. Best decision I have made in a long time! (Thank you Unilocalers!) I loved this man! He listened, and took time to explain what he thought was going on, and explained a very clear plan of next steps. I have Kaiser but received such bad care there that I paid out of pocket to see Dr. Rabin. And he totally took that into consideration, even having his nurse look up the cost of a test to see if I wanted to pay for it, before just ordering it and billing me. That meant so much! Finally a GYN I can trust and who I know really cares. Only took 39 years haha! Worth the wait :-)

I did a lot of research on the internet find a doctor that actually knows about bio identical hormones, because I realized that my present GYN did not, and I had to make a change.
After doing a lot of research on the internet, I found Dr. Rabin. I called his office and was told that the first availability was several months away, but there was a cancellation, so I only waited about two weeks instead.
I found Dr Rabin’s fun and casual manner to be a breath of fresh air. He is a knowledgeable, down to earth, caring doctor, which in my opinion is very hard to find.
He patiently explained things to me, and even though he had other patients waiting, he made the time to answer my questions.
Believe me when I tell you that I am critical and picky when it comes to doctors, and there are so few that I would recommend. Dr. Rabin is one of them.

GREAT OBGYN DOCTOR!
I had been dreading making an appointment for my annual Pap smear, but finally gathered the courage to get it over with.
My whole visit went very smoothly, taking no longer than 30 minutes! The waiting room was pretty full, so the receptionist led me to an additional waiting room. Dr. Rabin was very friendly and funny, making the examination not as awkward and uncomfortable. He is definitely a pro at making the process as easy and pain-​free as possible. It was over before I knew it! I appreciated his thoroughness and pleasant demeanor… my search for a trusted obgyn is over :)

He has done it again. Came in this morning for an IUD insertion and was COMPLETELY terrified when I walked in the door. I’ve heard horror stories about the procedure and almost cancelled my appointment. Dr. Rabin had some tricks up his sleeve and the whole thing was over before I knew it. There was some discomfort involved and I’m happy that’s it’s over, but it was absolutely tolerable. He’s a magician.

OMG, this doctor it’s the bomb! Outstanding! Dr. Rabin was highly recommended by my PCP for a gynecologist and especially a Hormone Replacement Therapy specialist. Indeed, his website is filled with great information and articles on HRT and other subjects. Great website! I had no trouble booking an appointment. The office is very nice, and the staff are exceptional! Very helpful and friendly. I was seen by the doctor within ten minutes after filling out my new-​patient paperwork.
Dr. Rabin had a wonderful, warm personality. He is very zoned in on you, not the computer like some other doctors. He patiently answered all my questions in a professional, friendly manner in a way I could easily understand. The man is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with current and pertinent information. He found solutions for me that fit into my insurance plan and pharmacy solutions with the lowest copay. I walked out of there a lot more educated about my health and wellness, and a plan that works for me.
I highly recommend this physician and his staff! He’s worth every penny of your copay!

I have been to a number of different OB/​GYNs, and none of them have ever been as amazingly sincere, friendly, and knowledgable as Dr Rabin. After a horrifying experience at Kaiser with my previous Implanon removal, I researched for weeks to find a trusted specialist to remove my last implant, and a close friend recommended I try to get in with Dr Rabin. I switched insurance plans, made the appointment with Dr Rabin’s office, and had an unbelievably pleasant experience! He not only made the removal procedure completely painless and comfortable, but he also kept me laughing and clarified a number of different concerns I had in regards to birth control and hormonal side effects.
I just went in for my second visit and had the usually dreaded annual pap with Dr Rabin. To my surprise, it was nothing like all the previous paps I have had over the years (rushed, awkward, painful, etc). He kept me informed the entire time, still throwing in a few funny jokes and educational facts. The exam was very comfortable, thorough, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He answered all my many questions and gave me some very helpful tips. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and it is an overall wonderful experience everytime I visit Dr Rabin!
FACT: It is very rare to brag about your OB/​GYN to friends, but I have been referring Dr Rabin to all my lady friends because he truly is a one in a million!

23 yo female and this was my First time being at a gyno.
Dr. Rabin was super helpful, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I wasn’t nervous and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. He was professional throughout and gave me great advice!

I’ve been going to Dr. Rabin for about a year now. He is by far the best OBGYN I’ve had to date.
Great bedside manner, nice office staff (hard to find!) and he/​the office is always very quick to respond to any requests.
Only slight annoyance is the paid parking lot that only takes cash — but that’s not anything to do with the doctor or his services.
100% recommended!

I never thought I would take to Unilocal to find a doctor to look at my lady parts. It’s kind of scary trusting other people to recommend someone who is going to stick stuff up you.
But I am very glad I came here.
The ladies at the front are nice and always friendly on the phone.
When I met Dr. Rabin he put me at ease and really made sure my visit was worth it. He takes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle which I am sure helps him evaluate. He was not trying to just get me out the door. He let me ask all kinds of questions and really cared that I was getting the answers. You can tell he enjoys his job.
As for the Pap and all that jazz, it was as painless as it could be and he doesn’t make you uncomfortable at all. He’s really fun actually.
I had to get some blood work done and instead of just calling and saying yup all good! He had me come in and went through all the results. Nothing was majorly wrong but he found room for improvement and didn’t just give me drugs, most of it were things I could incorporate more into my diet, so I was thankful for that. He also recommended a GP for me to visit as well, which, if you’re on this site, you would know I am all about them recommendations!
All in all, if you need someone to stick metal objects in you for the sake of your health, let Dr. Rabin do it.
