Very friendly specially with my Sandwich Artist Carlos. Specialty he has my name also. Very friendly knows his job. he brings life to that little place. I give him props also because he takes his time to make my sandwich really neat. He’s very nice and friendly will continue to comeback. This is only for him and the afternoon crew five stars. Everything else is 1 star. Blehhh.

Very efficient customer service, though not always the friendliest. I do notice a difference when the restaurant is especially busy. Understandable, but still not an excuse for employees to show that unhappiness. That said, the food is as typically good and fresh as you’d expect from Subway. No complaints in that regard! Also, I have one critique of their food prep, but this may be for the corporate level. I love ordering their chopped salads as a bread-less(low carb) alternative. Today I tried the double chicken breast, but I was surprised when they microwaved the meat for 90 seconds, then immediately added it to the cold vegetables. Do you know what hot, steamed chicken breast does to cold, crisp lettuce and spinach? Especially when served in a sealed to-go container? Yup… it turns those greens warm and slimy. This is not the protocol with other meats(e.g., turkey breast), and on sandwiches you always have the cold OR hot option. Please address and fix this for the future.

It’s a Subway. It’s good. You get what you pay for and I like it.

Fairly good place for a meal. Staff poorly trained and inattentive but food is good.

I’m a huge subway fan, and we’ve been to just about all of them in the area. We avoid this one. They have sub par customer service every time. :(

You cant go wrong with subway. I just don’t understand some of the workers. If you dislike your job, don’t be rude to me, quit your job.

It’s Subway, and we all know what Subway is; it’s a sandwich shop for those looking to drop about $ 5 for a meal and have something«relatively healthy» to eat. This particular Subway is near my workplace, so often, co-workers and I will walk there for lunch or I will hoof it alone and grab a quick sandwich. The fixings are consistently fresh(although it’s not attractive when Subway slices avocados and leaves them sitting there on display as they brown and blacken in the open air — I don’t get the avocado anyway, because I’m not paying more than $ 1 for a few small slices), and the staff is fast and always very courteous here. It’s a great quickie lunch spot and while the inside of the small location can become loud and very crowded, I simply take my food back to work, so I eliminate the stranger with their ass in my food risk of eating in a small space.

MISLEADINGADVERTISING! This review may apply to all Subways in the LA area. There has been a lot of advertising about the«Subway dinner for two special». It clearly says that you will get ANY footlong sandwich for $ 5 if you order two at least after 4PM. Well, my wife and I decided to try it. We ordered our sandwiches, and when we got to the register, we were charged $ 7, not FIVE, for our sandwiches. It turns out that ANY does not mean any in the case of this fraudulent and deceiving offer. Out of all the sandwiches they sell, only about five of them are considered«REGULAR» and available for the offer. The other choices are custom, special, prime, or whatever other name they use to highlight advertising. You look at the menu in the restaurant, you see all these heading, but no heading says: «REGULAR». Yet only«regular» sandwiches are available on the advertised offer. So much for the meaning of the word ANY. It’s a trick, so watch out. Your meal will cost you at least $ 4 more then you would expect. Best bet: go somewhere else and don’t patronize chains that use deceiving advertising! I have been to Subway for the last time.

Although there are many better sub shops, i still like subway because it is convenient and almost unchanging when you just want a quick sub with no surprises. This particular location is fast and the staff are friendly-if i want more of an ingredient on my sub they dont snarl at me or charge more. The parking is not super annoying and its clean. The food is overall light and healthy and when i finish eating here i don’t get that sick weighed down feeling.
