Established in 2010.

Syd DeFraites previously worked as a major part of the firm of Architect Keleal S. Hassin, Jr. in Gulfport, Mississippi since 1986. Now, as founder of Tehilla Design Group, he brings those years of Architectural expertise and small-​town sensibilities to Southern California!

Tehilla Design Group offers full-​scale Architectural services including preliminary design, cost estimates, full Contract Drawings and Specifications, bidding, and full Construction Administration. We utilize the latest in design production technology, including DataCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit for drawing production, Sketchup for 3D design and presentation, Speclink for specification production, and Costlink for Architectural cost estimating.

A 1986 graduate of Louisiana State University, Syd DeFraites has been involved in the private practice of architecture for 25 years, handling all aspects of the architectural process. Specialties include 3D modeling, Graphic Design, and Project Management.
