Teles Properties was founded in Beverly Hills, California, in 2007 and has become a dominant real estate agency in Los Angeles and surrounding luxury markets with exciting new offices in many locations across California.

When we first opened in November 2007, signs of a downturn in luxury real estate were all around us. Through our unrivaled luxury realtor support, we enabled Teles agents to provide both clients looking for homes for sale and those looking to sell their homes with an extraordinary level of service and professionalism. Meet the Business Owner

Peter L.

Business Owner

Peter H. Loewy, Chairman, CEO, International Attorney, began his career as an attorney with Fragomen Del Rey Bernsen and Loewy LLP. He managed a number of the firm’s domestic offices, leading to its international growth and eventual placement among the American Law top 200 law firms. His role culminated with his tenure as Managing Partner of the U.S. firm.

As CEO of real estate development firm Loewy Armstrong LLC, Peter directed projects all over California for over 20 years. During that time, the firm acquired and managed diverse real estate investments including commercial and residential leaseholds, high-​end residential development and renovation projects and larger scale housing projects. Mr. Loewy has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Southwestern School of Law.

Peter is originally from the East Coast but has assimilated well to California living. He and his family enjoy the outdoors, sports and the arts. He is an avid tennis and squash player.
