My husband and I were looking for our first home. Ana was not only knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in but was also not pushy or trying to get us to look at places above our price range. From a buyers perspective where Grace was representing the seller she was less than desirable to work with, and in the end her standing behind her clearly lying clients is costing us $$$$. I do not appreciate people that don’t stand up for what is right or try to at the very least make amends for what is clearly an issue that was on their end.
Maybe if you are a seller and want to ensure you have someone that will do what ever it takes, even if that is screwing the people on the other end, then she might be the one for you to work with… if you are an honest and forthright person think twice!

In one word my experience with Doris and The Miranda Team was AMAZING!!! Doris really went through a lot for us showing probably 30 – 40 properties and on top of that dealing with the tough agents. She was always available and whenever I wanted to see a property she tried to set it up for same day or the next day. After seeing 30+ properties she still was so positive. She answered every question fast even if I asked the same question multiple times and really knew what she was talking about. I closed a home purchase with them a while back and I can say they are one of the best and I’ve been in many real estate transactions.
Ana from their team is on top of everything, very assertive and didn’t miss anything. Lena is also an incredible transaction manager and ensured that everything went off without a hitch.

My wife and I had met Grace Miranda a few years ago at an open house that was being held in our neighborhood. Although we had only met briefly we really liked her energy and enthusiasm. Over time we got to know her better and would occasionally invite her to our house to get her advice on things we were thinking of doing to the house. She was always spot on and we listened to what she said and implemented a lot of her ideas.
At one point, we had her run the numbers as we were thinking of selling to try and move up in market and this was during the bubble crash. She advised us that we were not in a great position to do what we wanted and told us what we needed to do in order to get to that position. So over the next few years we did
just that and recently with the market in an upturn, we knew we were ready and we knew Grace and her team would help us get the deal done. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
Grace and her team (Ana & Lena and the rest of Team Miranda) made the whole experience so easy, from selling our old home to finding our new home. It went way better than we could have imagined.
