Towards 2000

Called in the morning to ask about a fogger. Told them what generator I was using and they said I would be fine. I came over to pick it up. The whole place smelled like soup and was very cluttered. There was a couch in poor shape with random stuff strewn across it. I sat in the worn out computer chair situated directly in the path to the front door in front of the desk… The gentleman who helped me was nice and polite. Except he kept telling me to call ahead next time. Or call ahead when I drop off the fogger. I informed him I had called earlier and said I would be stopping by. They did not seem particularly busy at all. After he charged my credit card and walked me into the back he started to explain how much power was needed to run the fogger. I again mentioned that I had a 2000w generator and he said there would be no way to power the fogger on that. So I had to leave the fogger behind. He told
Me he couldn’t refund my card right then because his girl was not in. He told me he would call me when it was done very shortly. I waited two hours and when I finally called in a gentleman answered the phone and proceeded to do it right then… Why did I have to call back to remind them??? Very nice and polite guys… But a very uncomfortable unsatisfied business experience. Will not be going back to this place ever again.
