History

Established in 2006.

Tranzformer Studios was founded by producer/​engineer, Bryan Carlstrom. As the studio expanded, Carlstrom partnered with engineer Annette Cisneros in 2007 whom he worked with for many years before. This is the second location for Tranzformer, both in the beautiful City of Burbank, Ca.

Producer/​engineer, Bryan Carlstrom Has over 25 years of experience making hit records. Credits include Alice in Chains, Billy Ray Cyrus, The Offspring, Filter, Social Distortion, Billy Idol, Rob Zombie, Queen, Kiss, PIL, Poe, Anthrax and many more. Carlstrom focuses on each project that comes into Tranzformer with the detail of a master craftsman.

Carlstrom merges the best of both analog and digital recording methods. Sessions are recorded through analog outboard equipment onto protools, then mixed through an amazing sounding SSL 4064E console to a 1′ 2 track ATR tape machine. The analog warmth of tape, before it goes back into the digital domain, results in stellar sounding recordings.
