Unity Burbank Center for Spiritual Awareness

What an authentic and loving community. I moved here from Chicago and was looking for a nice New Thought community where I could bring my 2 year old son. The people at Unity Burbank are welcoming, loving and genuine, and they have a nursery right off the main service area where my son can play with the other kids. Unity Burbank has outstanding music and is interesting in that they have a regular rotation of New Thought speakers. I like the different perspectives. Very refreshing. Also, as a new person I’ve been able to get involved right away and make suggestions without bumping into the typical church politics and egos. There’s no attitude here. They’ve recently just renovated the kitchen, entrance way and fellowship hall with more improvements to come. Another thing I really like – the community is truly diverse. Different races, ages, sexual orientations – people celebrating life and spirit together the way it was intended. They even have services in Spanish. I’m so grateful to have found this community. Exciting things are happening here.
