This shop is amazing! I stepped into the store not knowing anything about vapes or box mods. The owner set me up with the kanger subox mini kit and showed me everything I needed to know about how to set up, use, and maintain my new set up. He helped me find a juice flavor that I liked and he even charged my batteries while I ran some errands. Definitely my go to vape shop fo’ sho’!!!

This place is not so good anymore. since they changed owners. salesmen are rude and not helpful and above all are never open on time. any respectable establishment should be open on time posted in window. Will not recommend or tell friends to go here.

I went into the shop with low standards but they really changed my perspective about the store. I walked in it was very clean and the customer service was great. They have many different selections of juices and vapes which are simply great. Over all 5 out of 5 definitely would recommend it to anyone.

No stars should be a option for shops like this. There’s a reason why they’re always empty. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile to Vape Madness where you’re treated like a human.
Pros:… ^ need I say more?
Cons: HORRIFIC customer service. Very pushy and rude. Who ever the kids were working are lucky that they’re working because I would’ve dragged those asses all over the shop due to their attitude.

Stopped by vape Noir today was having problems with my Sigelei not firing, I met Will who went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong, after trial and error we figured it out !!! He did not try to sell me anything, hooked me up with a coil and gained a new customer :) Amazing job Will great customer service, they didn’t just tell me to kick rocks and get a new mod, he put in an hour of his time to help me !!! Thanks again Will !!!

I used to go to this shop before they changed ownership and I kept applying to this place and not getting a call saying they chose to hire someone else. I’ve been vaping for about almost 5 years. I also saw this post of the girl that said she was discriminated about the way she looked and I thought that was stupid of the people to not help her out. If I was working there, I would have been respectful to people like her and that one review went thru all of Burbank. Everyone even says that they have a bad review about the place. I actually agree with them cause I think they are people that only think that good looking people should work and go to their store. I don’t recommend this store to go to for vape products.

I’m bad with names but the youngster (dj) that greeted us was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell at this place. I ended up getting the iStick TC40W and a tank way cheaper than others in the area. If your new to the vape game or a re-​tread like me, do some research online (YouTube) first then ask questions witch DJ will happily answer for you without making you feel like an FNG.

I love this place! The owner is always comes and welcomes me with his great smile and his friendly approach. Employees are really nice at this vape shop too! They have great juices for e-​cigs and Vaporizer products. I really like their Laguna model vaporizer made by Vape Dynamics! The black version was great and the wood version is coming soon I think. If you are into world of Vaping and live in LA, you should check out this Vape Noir Shop in Burbank asap because you will love their sweet deals and their product varieties!

Customer service is great, they listen to opinions on what you want in juice, so very accommodating. Selection is great for juice. Overall this is my go to vape shop, if you are in the area check it out!

(I’m responding to the response). What’s health have to do with juice being $ 5? It’s not like you sell cheaply made juice, but a sale won’t hurt. The previous owners had Avalanche juice for $ 15 and he gave two for $ 20. Why? Because that’s what a vape shop should do. Give good prices to customers so they will come back. They also had buckets full of juices ranging from $ 5 to $ 15 or if bundled even cheaper. (I’m not trying to be cheap) but that’s how other vapes shops are. You’re selling the juices for retail prices. And I just noticed the photo Bee left below. If an owner messages the customer saying inappropriate stuff like that, best believe I’ll spread that photo around and show what type of management\employees run this place. And by the way, you know its discrimination right? For only wanting hot girl vapers? Pathetic, childish and dumb.

Absolutely awful! First of all we walked in the empty store and was not greeted but ignored. Then we ask to sample some juice and the employee proceeds to hand is an OPEN safe vaping tip that he handles with his bare hands and then hands me the sample pen! Seriously? That is so UNSANITARY! I tell the guy never mind I don’t want to try it, and he then puts the sample top right back where he picked it up from! This is the most disgusting and unsanitary visit I’ve ever had at a vapor store! DO NOT GO HERE!

Looks like the old store is getting an awesome make over! I walked in and was greeted by two cool guys that were super helpful for my vape needs. I bought a Kanger Subox mini for only $ 70 and the other vape shop was selling it for $ 90. The ejuice selection was full of amazing flavors. I love the Milkman and bought a few as gifts too! Did I mention they stay open late… I walked in when they should of been closed but they were nice enough to stick around for my vaping needs. Can’t wait to tell all my friends about Vape Noir and the new management.

I loved going here. As pretty new to vaping they didn’t make me feel like a noob.
They had a great sale and really wanted me to get the best value.
Lots of good flatcars of juice, I recommend the frosted gingerbread.

Great experience from the time we walked in, until the time we made our purchase. Raymond took a couple of first time Vape customers and made us feel like experts. Excellent quality merchandise and unparalleled customer service. I highly recommend the mechanical devices. As far as flavors the sky is the limit. I went with the 6mg «Eskimo’s Pipe» and my GF Paula went with the «Husky» flavor both by respected company Avalanche. I love my Eskimo Pipe but have to admit I cant stop picking up Paula’s Husky. Go see Raymond now ask Paula she has a crush on him lol. I love it when new businesses open, and are passionate and knowledgeable of their product.

I heard that there are changes coming to Vape Noir and they sound pretty exciting. They will no longer offer hookah supplies but they will be going deeper in the vape business which will be good news to vape customers.
They also have a signature vape line that you should check out.
