Yes, I am a realtor and a broker. Yes, Yamel is a friend. BUT, sometimes realtors (like me) get stressed and need other realtors (like Yamel) to take the work off their hands when they are overwhelmed. I was moving cross-​country and I really did not need to worry about finding tenants for my home. Yamel took on that stressful task and eased my worried mind. I did not have to worry about it for a second. I knew my Burbank home would have a flood of interested people — and she handled it all like the expert she is. She is extremely organized and I know now (after she found amazing tenants for my home) that I could not have done a better job. She kept me in the loop constantly and my home rented in a matter of DAYS. She handled all the contracts and paperwork and that is… PRICELESS — I’m so grateful for all her help. Beyond professional, Yamel and Suzanne want to be part of your family. They keep in touch and offer any assistance they can. I got a great handyman through them. My escrow closed in 22 days, I beat an all cash offer because of the letter Yamel and Suzanne wrote with my bid. Yamel let me in to see the house again two times before the house was mine so my family could see it. I found the house I wanted and it took THREE DAYS. YES, I looked for a house and owned one in less than a month. They don’t just want your sale, they want to be there for you for the rest of your life. OLD FASHION BUSINESS SENSE. Enjoy it, it doesn’t come around much anymore.

Yamel helped us buy are first house and was incredible! She made sure we didn’t settle for a house that didn’t completely fit our needs in a very crazy sellers market. She spent endless hours showing us homes and helping us buy a short sale home from a very difficult lender. She has been a real estate agent the ought the good times and the bad! She walked us through everything! Also I work for a mortgage company and am constantly interacting with real estate agents and she is by far the most professional/​experienced agent I have ever worked with! Do yourself a favor and use her for your real estate needs.

Came out to California from Rhode Island on a company transfer and was referred to Yamel thru a mutual friend. Not knowing the California market at all, Yamel was able to help me to find me a wonderful place to lease in a beautiful neighborhood.
The other realtors I had spoken with told me I would have to live in Lancaster for the price I was looking for. the commute would have killed me!

Our frustration began way back in March when we first attempted to sell our home by owner. We realized after a few months that we were very limited in our networking and advertising abilities. Who turned out to not be aggressive and her firm was very small and also lacked the networking skills we needed. We moved during our contract and our home did not show well vacant. We reduced the price several thousand dollars and had one low offer that fell through.
After that we only had low ball investor offers.
We reached out to Yamel for a plan of what she would do differently. She and Suzanne put together a great packet with recommendations, which included minor repairs and staging. It also included a market survey and listing the house higher than it was currently listed. Although we were fearful at this point we had nothing to lose. We took the house off the market for 3 weeks to do repairs, refresh and stage the home.
Yamel and Suzanne aggressively marketed our home during this time with their experience and vast network.
To our surprise –Our home was sold in less than a week and the offer was over asking price! The dynamic duo handled everything! We were long distance and we had very little to do or worry about during the closing process.

We have bought and sold a lot of properties in the past and have worked with a number of realtors. Yamel Ramirez and Suzanne are the best we’ve ever worked with. Throughout the process they were very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and are completely on top of real estate market trends. They always followed up in a timely manner. Yamel even referred us to some excellent designers and her contractors had great ideas for renovations. Would recommend to everyone above my expectations these ladies.

AMAZING ! ! ! ! Words can not express how talented these two women are. They are the perfect team for ANYONE who is buying or selling a house. I was looking to buy a house about a year ago. I was going to open houses and I ran into Yamel and Suzanne. I did not have an agent yet, and to be honest I was not really looking forward to working with one. I have heard so many horror stories in the past, and I particularly hate sales people. I could not have been more wrong about these two women. I had been to over 50 open houses prior to meeting these two women. The moment I walked into their open house I knew something was different. They new EVERY SINGLE DETAIL about the house that they were selling. They knew EVERY SINGLE DETAIL about the neighborhood the house was in. They spent time with me and answered every question I had. They didn’t try to push me into anything or try to sell me on anything. They just made sure that I was comfortable and informed. I asked these ladies to represent me in purchasing my house. I am not someone who likes to move very fast. I like to take my time and make sure that I am comfortable with everything before pulling the trigger. Yamel and Suzanne would send me emails every day of various new listings that they thought might interest me. Suzanne is a true detective when it comes to figuring out EVERYTHING on a house. She puts together comprehensive reports on cost and comps. She can pull tons of information regarding neighborhoods and statistics. And the best part is that she will respond to any email within seconds. I do not know how this woman does it. Yamel is always available via cell phone. She always called or texted back within minutes. Any time I wanted to see a house, Yamel could always get me in. If it was at the crack of dawn or late at night… Yamel was never to busy to show me houses. All in all I would say that Yamel showed me over 50 houses. She never once pressured me to pick one. She never tried to sell me on a house. All she would do was show me the house, give me the numbers and statistics, and ask me what I thought. Yamel spent countless hours with me. I began to feel badly about taking up so much of her time. Yamel would always let me know that I was never a bother and that she was happy to show me houses for the next year if that is what it took. After 6 months of searching I finally found the house of my dreams. Yamel and Suzanne went into action. Unfortunately the house was already in escrow and I began to lose hope. Yamel told me that she would reach out to the other agent anyways. Yamel contacted the other agent and stayed in touch with her for the next few weeks. I do not know how she did it… But Yamel called me a few weeks later and said that the deal on my dream house might fall through and that she thought I could pick it up for an even better deal than originally planned. Yamel was magic. She got me in the house, got me to meet the owners, and got me the house for $ 35k less than I was going to originally pay. Today I still live in my dream home and I feel like the luckiest man alive. About once a month when I come home I will find a little gift on my front porch. Sometimes a plant, a card, a cleaning product. Just cute little things that homeowners like. It is a nice touch on the part of these two women. They are so professional and so caring. I get letters from them all the time and I love being able to still be in contact with them. These two ladies were not just my realtors for this one transaction… They will be my realtors for life. If you or ANYONE you know is looking to buy or sell… I would not go anywhere else. No one will give you the level of service that these two women provide.

The purchase of our home two years ago was not smooth because of the seller, but Yamel and Susanne remained calm and professional throughout the escrow.

I met Yamel and Suzanne at an open house and I was immediately taken aback by how engaging and positive they both were.
