I am so glad I hired Brook for my wedding. I talked to a lot of florists in the area, but I hired Brook because she listened to what I was saying and right away understood my vision for the day. She did an amazing job paying attention to all the details and making sure to get everything just right. I am an indecisive bride and changed my mind many times, but she just went with it and helped with her own suggestions. And she was super flexible with meeting with me since I live in SF.
When she showed me the sample centerpieces, they were beautiful. But she was also open to me making suggestions and she gave me tons of great feedback about what would work best for my venue.
In the end, the flowers looked exactly like I imagined. I couldn’t have been happier. I got so many compliments on my beautiful flowers!
Brook is affordable, fun and easy to work with, and great at what she does!

Brook/​Zephyr Florals did a stunning job at my wedding ceremony and reception. My husband and I are both architects, so we already had a vision in our head. She made that vision happen, offering great advice/​solutions within our budget. This review is two fold. (5) because not only was Brook efficient, knowledgeable and so easy to work with, but her meticulous detailing, artistic integrity and genuine love for her craft made my wedding so much better. I absolutely loved working with a Brook. I had envisioned the flowers at my wedding a certain way and she made it come to life. She worked with my budget and my flower choice to create the best possibilities. I got married on the beach so we had to make sure to choose a flower that would sustain the heat. She did a fabulous job creating the aisle and decorating the arch at the beach. The centerpieces at the reception were lovely. There were flowers everywhere, just as I wanted. I received so many wonderful compliments on the beautiful flower décor. The manager at the venue stated that my flower décor was the best she had even seen. My bouquet along with the bridesmaids’ bouquets came out exactly how I pictured starfish and all, just amazing. I have recommended Brook to friends that have needed a florist for their wedding and they too have been extremely pleased. Thank you Brooke for my making my special day even more wonderful with your attention to detail and amazingly talented skills! Brook is unquestionably the florist to hire for any flower needs!

Brook is awesome! A total professional! She works really hard to make sure that she gets your floral vision, and puts it all together with great style (not to mention within your budget)! Brook has unique and creative suggestions, as you can tell from her fantastic portfolio. I especially love that she is tech savvy and was available to answer all my questions with detail. I appreciated her calm demeanor, understanding, and honest opinions. She was very genuine and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Brook is a patient and talented person. She created the most amazing arch, bouquets, centerpieces for our wedding … everything looked great! Thanks to her! Brook is amazing! We were looking for someone with an authentic style and artistic eye to do the flowers for my mother’s wedding to her longtime partner. It was an emotional and special day for the whole family and not only did brook come up with the most amazing and earthy designs, but she was an extra and willing set of hands on that busy day.
In particular, the wreaths she made for all the little flower girls were breathtaking — something straight out of a magazine. She also decorated the cake we got from Portos with a beautiful seasonal explosion of color. Her taste is high end and her prices were an extreme value for such artful work.
Brook was easy to work with, had excellent and timely email communication, and just came through. I would recommend her a hundred times over. Thanks Brook!

Brook Howell did an amazing job at our commitment ceremony. All flower arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were lovely. She has a genuine artistic flair, and if you want elegance and refinement, without being forced to overspend, she is a person you can go to with confidence. Brook had ordered more flowers than she needed for what we had contracted for, and she and her assistant spent a great deal of time making extra floral decorations, including a very special one for the cupcake tower. We could not have been happier (and our photographer told us that the wedding flowers were among the most beautiful she had ever seen.)
