We are a locally owned and operated Copy and Print shop. Our specialty is helping our customers find solutions to their print needs. This can be as simple as a couple of copies or creating a business card to include your favorite picture. Roadrunner is a full service shop, but for those that prefer to do it themselves, we also have a self service machine. If you need to send a fax, we can help with that too.

Needed some 11×17 prints of plans for a remodel printed. Tried using Staples– last night, I uploaded the file to their fancy app on my phone, and received an email message they would be ready in 24 hours (really? For 5 prints?). Called Staples this morning, and spoke with a frantic unfriendly employee who kept putting me on hold because «she couldn’t find the order». Finally asked me if she can call me back as «I have a line here and I’m by myself».
I then flipped through Unilocal and found RoadRunner. Called them, and a super friendly voice said «just email the file and we will have them ready in 15 minutes». When I thanked them for being so friendly, the response was «it’s our true pleasure to help». Nice touch! Very genuine.
An hour later, Staples hasn’t called me back.

Great to find a smaller print/​copy shop in Burien where you can run in and out in a short time, park convenient and easily, with great customer service that is helpful and friendly!

I was pushing a deadline with a project that was a little too big for my home office. I showed up at the last minute. I got a professional job in record time, a fair price and fast and friendly service. I was out of there in under an hour. I will definitely be back!
