I contacted Dave after doing a little online research for a bathroom remodel at my rental property. We are currently overseas and Dave was very understanding and accommodating working with the time difference, my current tenants, and the fact that we weren’t physically there. Besides a few things I purchased online for him to pick up, I had complete trust in Dave to pick out the tiles and paint, and he did not disappoint. I would recommend Evergreen to anyone looking to do a bath remodel.

Dave and team did a great job at our newly purchased home. We initially hired another contracting company to do the job before we moved in, but they were not reliable and the main person doing the job ended up getting fired (which we found out much much later). We had to move in and do the work at the same time, which is horrible especially with two small babies, but Dave and team did the best they could possibly do to accommodate our situation. What we appreciated the most is his honesty and close communications. He was always prompt and always showed up whenever we had questions or issues. We purchased our materials (tiles, glasses, lights, etc) ourselves so we knew exactly what we were paying to Dave. He also has a good network of people and introduced us to an amazing electrician who fixed our lights. We are going to hire Dave for any future house projects.

Excellent experience with Evergreen Contracting Services. Dave gave a thorough estimate for whole house interior painting, hardwood flooring and tile floor install, the price beat other estimates and was more detailed letting me decide where best to spend. The three man crew was English speaking, friendly, efficient and very skilled. Kept the same crew every day so there was excellent continuity throughout the job. When I added work it was an easy fix. Dave checked in frequently to ensure I was pleased with progress. I highly recommend them.

I called Dave from Evergreen Contracting on short notice, after seeing his company on Unilocal.He had a laborer out to my house the next morning for drywall work. I was impressed with the work that was done. I appreciated that he sent the guy early to meet my request because I had to get to sleep during the day. Good experience.

I currently own a condo in Falls Church, VA, but live in another state. While visiting my family over Memorial Weekend, my husband and I paid a visit to our renter who was moving out of the unit. We looked around and noticed that the place needed a new paint job as well as new carpeting in the bedroom and hallway. Challenge was my renter was moving out on Tuesday and my new renter was moving in 3 days later. It was Saturday evening and I knew it was going to be hard to find someone to reach over the holiday weekend. I received a few referrals and started to call around… voicemail after voicemail, I was getting discouraged knowing time was running out quickly. I went onto Craigslist and ran into the posting for Evergreen Contracting Services and decided to call. Dave answered the phone right away. I let him know the predicament I was in and he told me he can go to the condo on Memorial Day to provide me an estimate. On that Monday, we were driving back home and as promised Dave went by the condo and not only provided me with an estimate, but also took pictures of other items that needed some attention. Dave sent me a proposal and we thought the prices seemed very fair especially knowing he and his team had a lot of work to do in little time. Dave kept me updated with what was going to take place each day and then at the end sent me a video of the unit. Our condo looks fabulous thanks to Evergreen Contracting Services!!! I feel so fortunate that a luck of the draw call is now someone I know I can call and depend on to help me with any other issues that might arise. I called Evergreen Contracting and Spoke with Dave on a Wednesday and he said that he could come out oN Sunday to give us an estimate. He did not call or show up! Even though my stuff is not a large project I would have appreciated the courtesy of a call to say he didnt have time for it.
