History
Established in 1994.
Boulevard Salon and Spa was established with Family in mind and God as our focus. We started as Talkin’ Scissors Hair Salon located in Old Town then moved to Wilshire Blvd in 2012 expanding to offer Spa services to the public. We at that time changed our name to reflect these added services. We are proud to say that our staff are like family in that we support and encourage each other with a helpful heart. Our clients are our extended family and we strive to bring them the respect, kindness and professionalism they deserve. We love what we do and it shows through our amazing staff.
