Love this store. After getting engaged in June 2013 my now husband and I went to Woolard’s to get my wedding set made for me. They did such an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is always so friendly and my ring has more meaning to me since it was custom made vs just going into a store and buying one out of the case.

I have taken my jewelry to Woolard’s for repairs and cleaning for years. They also fashioned a custom ring for a gift for my husband on our 25th wedding anniversary that was beautifully crafted. From the moment you arrive in their store they treat you with upmost kindness and efficiency. You must consider Woolards first wherever you are purchasing or repairing any of your jewelry… The best service you will find anywhere around.

Woolard’s has been paramount in making sure I have no fear that my wedding set will lose *another* diamond as they check my ring every time I come in. Over the past 15 years, I’ve gone to them for resizing, repairs, palladium plating to highlight a vintage 14kt gold ring setting, a custom necklace and a mad dash Christmas gift when my husband lost his wedding ring. They had the perfect ring ready the next day. When my brother died he was wearing a necklace with a crucifix. I wanted to save that necklace for my youngest son(his namesake) and knew the safest place for it was my husband’s neck. Bobby ordered the exact chain style to add additional length, and the precious necklace was ready within 10 days. We gave that necklace to our son the day he graduated high school. Not a dry eye in the house! They resized my son’s Texas A&M ring and managed, with artistic perfection, to mimic the pattern in the bottom of his ring beautifully. I know without a doubt who I will turn to when I upgrade my wedding ring. My «Go To» jeweler.

How do I forget to rate some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with? I feel so ashamed! We have taken several items in to be repaired and the work is always absolutely incredible! One item in particular, an 85-ish year old wedding ring that we thought was a goner. My wife’s 105 year old great-grandmother fell and broke her wrist. Besides hurting, her hand started swelling and the only choice was to cut her wedding ring. After the first cut, they were still not able to get it loose, so they had to cut again! She had it taken into a shop near her and they basically said it was a lost cause. She was heart broken. We told her about Woolard’s and said we’d bring it to them and see if they could do anything. Well, you know what? Of course they could fix it! It looks great and she will be thrilled when we get back up to see her that she has it back looking as good as new! From changing out a watch battery to trusting them with 80+ year old jewelery, they always deliver beautiful work and seem to be miracle workers in some cases. While we haven’t bought any jewelery yet(I have my eye on a piece, don’t tell the wife!) we will in the future because of the wonderful customer service! PS — I marked pricey because they are a jewelery store, of course they are, but the repairs are very reasonable!

Woolard’s how I love thee. I bought a silver ring set with a big blue topaz in Galveston knowing it was a size too small and I’d need it enlarged. I took my wonderful ring to a shop in Grapevine, on Main Street, which used to be a bank robbed by Bonnie and Clyde’s henchmen… and they told me that my 70 dollar ring would be 65 bucks to size. WhAT? So I took it to Woolard’s. This is the third ring I’ve had them do for me and every time its excellent work. Price for enlarging a silver ring? 21 dollars. That’s right. A forty four dollar price difference. 44BUCKS! Woolard’s also does custom jewelry so if you can’t find a ring that really suits you at Robbins Brothers or Jared Galleria of Jewelry, quit supporting the big corporate jewelers that are really just showrooms… go to a real jeweler, one who can fix your grandpa’s watch or size a ring reasonably. They’ll even order in stones and let you select exactly what rock you want at Woolard’s and their prices are top notch. One of the best independent jewelers in the Fort Worth area.
