Allied Yellow Cab

Not much to say here but had experienced what I consider good service. I called the number the night before my flight that was leaving out of SFO at 5:30. I asked if I could book the flight and the lady at the call letter said yes and took my information including phone and address. About twenty of fifteen minutes before my pickup time they call to confirm and let you know the driver is on their way. It was a quick ten minute ride with a friendly driver and was all good.

Not a good experience I took the taxi from Bart to La Quinta the driver didn’t look happy because I was going near by oh well my fair was only $ 7.00 he charged $ 15.00 because I was paying with credit card he was disappointed that I didn’t pay cash his excuse was that he was going to pay taxes he was the only driver that charged me that much. Next time I’ll take Über

I called yellow allied early morning for me and my family to get picked up, since our yellow cab didn’t show up. Well when i called i got greeted with a very friendly matter, and said my cab will be there in 10 15 minutes, but my cab arrived very fast only in about 6 or 7. I sure was glad it was quick, a guy name Jose which by the way is awesome name lol. Well he was friendly and very polite,
Ride was very smooth and great conversation. I highly recommend yellow allied. I will defiantly will call them again and will be requesting for Jose.

I use Allied from Sfo Airport and my home. They are very reliable for Advanced reservation. Mostly I reserve a cab for early morning to go to the airport, Allied always comes on time. Since I am using them from so long, I pretty much know all the drivers. They all nice and friendly, but Teddy is the best. I also use them from SFO airport. I call the company when I land and by the time I go to the taxi stand, driver is there waiting for me. I don’t have to give him my home address, they already know it. So for so good. I hope Allied will keep up with there good service.

I reserved Allied to pick me and my family from the airport. The dispatcher was tracking my flight and as soon as I landed they called me to let me know that they were waiting for me outside the airport and told me to call back as soon as we had our luggage. We called back and then our cab picked us up from the taxi stand within 5 minutes. That was really fast. I will definitely be using them again to and from the airport from now on.

Clean cab and the driver was very friendly

After moving down to San Jose about 4 years ago I haven’t really needed a cab in the peninsula for a long time. I honestly had forgotten the information for this company and so I decided to use Unilocal to find a taxi company when I arrived at SFO this morning. The taxi arrived quickly, was friendly and dropped us off where we wanted to. Certainly the best taxi service from SFO (seriously don’t take a taxi from the taxi stand, only San Francisco taxis there, bad treatment in my experience, and 50% surcharge if you go more than 10 miles south).

I am a huge fan of Yellow Allied Taxi and have been using them since 2000. They are very prompt and flexible which is important for any business traveler.
Our favorite driver is Teddy; he has become like family to me and our kids. Very Courteous, always helpful and fun when needed. ;-)

Best taxi service ever. Our driver Ted was on time, and got to our destination fairly quickly. He was also really friendly and professional. I would also recommend Allied Yellow to a friend, especially Ted.

I love Allied Yellow Cab. They are very reliable. always at least 5 or 10 minutes early. I use them to get from Burlingame to the airport. (and airport to Burlingame) The person I request is TEDDY. He is very friendly and so helpful. I love his attitude. The other drivers have been great, too. Their taxi service people are extremely pleasant. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I highly recommend Yellow Allied to be the number one cab to call specially Ted Garcia because of him being so professional, and with trust and respect to customers. I’ve known him for quite a while like 5 years and I can say that he is the number one driver that I can trust that he is
reliable and care about his customer and he treat them like family. If I own the company I’ll give him KUDOS! He deserve more than 5 stars!

Our family travels out of SFO regularly and we always use allied taxi. Our favorite driver is Teddy. We’ve been using him for 12 years now and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s one of the friendliest, upbeat guys we know. He’s always on time, never complains a bit (even when my husband leaves him waiting at times) and I love having him fill me in on all the latest news I’ve missed. We love Teddy like he’s family. We wouldn’t call anyone else.

One of the best taxi service in the Peninsula absolutely reliable always on time. Nice and friendly drivers they are always willing to help. I highly recommend this taxi service, dispatchers are always in a good mood and very friendly. I will most definitely keep using their service.

I regularly take taxis to the airport, usually very early in the morning. After trying several different cab companies and being stood up repeatedly, I tried Yellow Allied Taxi.
I’m very happy with them, and have been for months now! I’ll never use another cab company.
They’re always on time or early. The cabs are very clean. The drivers are helpful & professional.
I call 650.579.7000 the night before and request a pickup for 4:30am p/​u the next day and that’s it, I don’t have to worry.
I also have them pick me from SFO. Just a quick phone call once I have my luggage, and (10) minutes later I’m in their cab going home.
For family trips they offer minivan service and even bring child car seats upon request.
Do yourself a favor, try Yellow Allied Taxi.

Booked cab to the airport the night before for an early departure. 15 mins later, still no cab. I decided to call dispatcher and she tells me cab’s on its way. I wait for another 10 minutes (we ‘re talking 25 mins late). I realize at this time, that i wont make my flight. The dispatcher decide to not pick up my phone calls anymore. Wow! Luckily, was able to wake up wifey and gave me a lift. Why not 1 star, because they used to be great and prompt, but this is the 2^nd time they are late. Make sure you buy yourself ample time before you book with them.

Here is the letter I just wrote I them:
I just had a horrendous experience with driver Richard (an older white man, in case there are more than one Richard). He was so rude, i have never in my 18 years as a flight attendant experienced another human being as nasty as him. He picked me up from home and was rude from the start. I asked him «how are you doing today?» cheerfully when i got in the cab and he replied curtly with a grunt. So i didnt speak to him the rest of the drive. when we got to the airport i gave him $ 12. ($ 10 drew rate + tip even though he was rude. He said «whats this?» I told him, he said «Nope, call our number, its 20% off, not $ 10» And i wish i could convey his tone, as it was awful. So i called the number and it was confirmed, and told me its been this way for years, even though I take this cab company frequently and its always been $ 10. Richard put my bags in the street as i spoke with dispatch and drove off. when i finsihed the phone call, i went to put my bags together and my strap to attch my bags was missing. so I called back and explained about my strap. The dispatcher said that Richard said there was nothing left in the trunk. i said «of course he said that, he wasn’t very nice to me. But it was on my bags when i gave them to him and wasnt when he drove off.» The dispatcher put me on hold, and came back a few seconds later to tell me he found it and he was bringing it back to me. When he came back, he had his window rolled down and gave me the strap. i said thanks and walked away. he said «Hey!» i turned around and he was shrugging. I went back and asked him «what?» He said «this cost gas, you know, to bring this back to you!» i said, «then you shouldnt have forgotten it» He said «I didnt forget it, you did.» I explained to him he put my bags in the trunk, and he took them out and drove off while i was on the phone with his dispatch and so how was it my fault that he forgot to give me the strap. He yelled at me «This is why i dont drive flight crews!» and as i was leaning in the window he started to drive off!!! he could have done serious harm to me! I couldnt believe this man! Then he braked abruptly and continued to yell at me! «Next time, tell them you’re crew, so i dont have to come get you» and other things… he was a horrible, horrible man. I will spread the word and I will look for another cab company… I’m still in shock!

Called an hour before for a pickup, driver arrived 5 mins early, nice guy, loaded out luggage, mini-​van type car, safe driver. Got us there on time. All good.

They had a good run of 5-​star service, but twice now I have made reservations online and got email confirmations of my reservations, but no one arrives at the scheduled time. Then, when I call, they have no record of my reservation. They are no longer reliable! I can’t risk missing my early morning flights, so I will not be trying them again. Sorry, I don’t play baseball; it’s not three strikes you’re out, but just two!

Called for a taxi, the woman on the phone was nice. Told her I wanted a taxi ASAP, she quoted me ten minutes. It took him 15 to get there, but I didn’t really care, just give me a more realistic quote next time.
He didn’t speak much, but drove safely and helped me with my bag.
It costs 3.00 for the initial pick up and 3.00 per mile after that. My trip was only 3.8 miles, although I should have been charged 14.40 I was charged 16.50 which came out to 3.60 per mile.
Again, I don’t mind, just be honest.
Either way, I made it to airport.

Cabbing it to the airport has never been so easy! Was NOT looking forward to walking to the Caltrain station with my suitcase, transferring to BART, taking BART to San Bruno, then transferring to the right train that takes you to SFO. Seems like a lot of work for someone who only lives about 10 miles away! And at the end of the day it would have cost something like $ 10 to do so.
Allied Cab was a $ 15 flat rate from my house in Burlingame to the airport. The driver arrived early and got me there in no time flat. Totally worth the extra few bucks (don’t forget to tip). Will definitely use them again when traveling via SFO!
