Sam was really awesome! Our flight was delayed both ways and he went out of his way to accommodate us. Came at 8am to pick us up but our flight was delayed till 12pm, so he came back again at 10am. Then our flight was delayed an hour on Xmas eve night, he monitored it and was punctual. Even put our carseats back in (we left them with him before our trip). Would def recommend!

Sam was awesome! Booked this through Frisco Limo but seems like Sam also manages his own services. He’s great to communicate with – started to communicate with him directly in the morning when he asked for our itinerary. I gave him our Napa schedule for day and where we would like to go during the day. He never had to ask questions where we were going, etc. He just brought us to our destinations in order.
We were supposed to begin at 9am, but he told us that we’ll start at 9:15am – not a big deal as he communicated this an hour in advance. We used his services for 7 hours, we got home 30 – 45 minutes past our 7 hours and he didn’t charge us extra, nice of him.
He is professional, nice, and helpful. The limo itself is not the best one out there for sure as carpet on the limo was a little ripped but it was fine. They provide you with water bottles, glasses, and ice. You can also hook up your own music from the back. Again, not the best of the class sound system but it will do. The limo we got fits 8, and yeah, you can’t really squeeze any more than that unless you wanna squish.

We were visiting San Francisco on our honeymoon and scheduled a limo service to pick us up from the airport. When they didn’t show up, my husband just called the first service that popped up. It was Sam to the rescue! He was at the airport in a beautiful limo within 10 minutes. He was very professional and reasonably priced! We also scheduled him to take us back to the airport for our departure. He was on time and again in a beautiful town car. Thank you Sam for your exceptional service!

SAM IS AWESOME. Had a great time and no problems! The drivers name was Sam and he was a really nice guy and a great driver. He put up with a bunch of loud drunk girls with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this limo service to anyone.

My little sister came to town and we decided to go wine tasting for the weekend. Sam was an amazing and super accommodating driver dealing with our indecision and loud demeanor after five wineries. Fantastic price, great service and we will absolutely use them again for our our wine adventures this summer.

Sam made sure we had a successful trip. He was very punctual, avoided heavy traffic, suggested great wineries, and helped us stay within our seven hour window. This is a long over do review but Sam is the best! We used his limo service for a wine tour of Sonoma and we could not have had a better time or more fun with Sam. During the ride he state «he just wanted to make sure we had fun» and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car /​limo service!

We had the pleasure of using Sam’s services yesterday on a day trip to Napa with some friends. This was beyond a stellar time — Sam was punctual in picking us up (early by a few minutes actually) and waited patiently while we ambled downstairs to get into the limo. He was super professional and super nice, I almost wished he could have joined us on our wine tastings!
The limo itself was incredibly nice, clean, and had water, soda, and ice on hand for us. We had a smooth ride up to Napa, visited a few wineries, grabbed some grub at Gott’s, and headed back to SF. We didn’t even notice that we were in traffic, the ride was so smooth. We arrived back a little past our 6 hours, but Sam didn’t charge us any extra.
Sam is definitely our go-​to driver for all limo services, and our next trip to Napa!

They suck. I had a reservation I had made a couple of days prior to my pick up date and they forgot to schedule it in their bookings! I waited and waited and then finally called to see where they were and they didn’t even have me down! I had to call a cab last minute in a panic to get to the airport on time. What a stressful situation they caused me that last. I was looking forward to surprising my boyfriend with our first trip together with a limo and ended up a mess and stress!

Sam our driver is the best, he made our special day in Santa Cruz a joy and our trips to the airport are like a vacation. The fleet of cars are diverse beautiful and well maintained.

I have had the pleasure of having Sam drive me to the airport in his luxurious black stretched limo to surprise my wife who was flying back home after a convention.
My wife and I use limo services all the time when we travel. We ride in limousines at least 10 times a year… but this experience was different!
I wish there were a Unilocal 10-​star rating (not just 5) for extraordinary experiences; Sam would get all 10 of them. His classy attention to details was phenomenal. With the music, drinks and on-​board snacks selection; from the moment I boarded the limo, Sam made sure that my experience was memorable.
He is also a well rounded jolly good fellow. His big smile and positive attitude really rubbed off on me. My wife was really impressed by the quality of service. She landed in SFO tired and exhausted; she got home refreshed and energized.
During the trip to the airport, Sam shared some amusing anecdotes and recommendations about his numerous trips to Napa and Sonoma. I never thought of using a limo driver to go wine tasting before. But the next time we go to Healdsburg with friends, I will hire him to drive us around Sonoma’s wine country… that way I will be able to enjoy my wine tasting even more.
I have used more expensive «branded» limo services before where the driver was just an employee of the company. Sam is the owner, so his prices are less expensive and the quality of his service is remarkably superior.
The next time I need to impress someone again, whether they are my clients, my family or my friends… I plan on using Bayshore Limousine service again and again.
