I used Gateway Global for my wedding in January and I’m extremely happy!
At first, I was really worried about the shuttle service. Admittedly, there was not a lot of communication required between me and the client services manager Janelle, but being the Type A person that I was, it bothered me that I wasn’t entirely sure if everything was completely ready for the wedding. Plus I had a weird schedule and I worried that the driver staff simply wouldn’t understand what I wanted. But thankfully, everything went exactly as planned.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t quite remember the name of the limo driver that drove me and my bridesmaids to the ceremony from our hotel. Though he was a great guy, he was simply overshadowed by the wonder that was our shuttle driver, Fabio.
Fabio is the best. It’s as simple as that. He was extremely attentive in making sure that everyone was on board and that he was on schedule. When we all got to the ceremony site, he was also extremely attentive to making sure I didn’t get my dress on the limo tires so that the dress wouldn’t get dirty. He even helped me pin back my dress accessory thing. My guests also loved him — although I partly think that’s because it was the end of the night and the best man was just really really drunk. He even tried to start a Fabio chant…
In the end, I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

Excellent customer service! I used Gateway for a Saturday Wine Tour from San Francisco to St. Helena. We had a 31 passenger bus which appeared to be brand new and was in wonderful condition. Our driver was fantastic, accommodating, and so patient with all of us! I will definitely use Gateway for my next shuttle/​bus needs!

Literally, a few days before a multi-​continental flight, my executive asked if I could help find a ride to and from the airports. At first, we were thinking taxi or Lyft or Über, but my executive is a VIP, and I needed to make sure that he was on time to every location that he had to be at in the different countries.
This was my first time trying to hire a car service for someone who isn’t me. I needed a reliable company that works in all the countries that my executive needed to visit. I received a referral from a really good friend to contact Caroline Cua. I contacted Caroline, the Vice President of Client Experience at Gateway Global, and she was extremely helpful! I divulged all of my worries about international travel, and my need to have everything be perfect for my executive. She assured me that Gateway’s car service is always punctual and extremely professional. She was able to help me through my unorganized craziness that I needed her help to sort out.
Caroline was able to schedule 8 trips either to or from different airports in 3 different countries for my executive’s trip. During this trip, I was such a PAIN! I had to request changes, and Caroline was extremely friendly, she was able to help me out (given the proper allowed time before the pick-​up days). I would also like to thank Joel Amato for letting me consume so much time from her (his greatest asset).
My executive was very pleased with the service. The first day, he texted me right away to inform me that his chauffeur arrived at the perfect second. The pickups at the airports were so professional, with signs that make then easy to find.
We are very happy with the reliable service, great prices, professionalism and extraordinary customer service. I’m so glad that we’ve found our new favorite car service! Thank you Gateway Global!

Wow, first time taking this shuttle to the airport and got major attitude from the driver. I just had to put my luggage on the shuttle and was asking to make sure it was going to the airport. The guy just kept complaining that I was making him 5 minutes late and didn’t even bother to help with my luggage. What a jerk! Seriously, then he had the nerve at the next stop to tell me that I had made him 5 minutes late.

I am just getting around to posting this now. I had such a wonderful experience with Gateway! We booked them last minute for our wedding day to transport our guests and again the next morning for my husband and I to get to the airport. They were more than accommodating for the short notice. Our driver Ahmad was very friendly and made our drive very enjoyable. My husband and I cannot wait to use them again soon!

The airport hotel shuttle has a look that stands alone, contemporary, clean, that of a party bus, my experience was just that! After flying for 10 hours the driver had the music up so loud it was uncomfortable and the kicker when a MJ dance song came on he turned the music up to an night club level. Unprofessional! Unsafe!

This was an awesome service driving party goers from local hotels to a private residence in Half Moon Bay, CA. The drivers did a great job especially during the inclement weather in the area. Thank you!

I used gateway for a last minute back and forth to a concert last weekend and they were great! Emailed the company and, as others have said, Joel responded immediately and made the set up super easy. The driver was early, the ride was clean and comfortable and he made an unscheduled quick stop for us on the way to the show. After the event he was ready to go and easy to find which is a problem I’ve had in the past with other services. Only reason I withheld a star is because it was a little bit pricey. Not too bad, just a little on the high side. But I’ll definitely be using this company again.

I booked Gateway Global last year for my senior prom. Our driver, Jimmy, was very punctual and friendly. He was also very patient as we were taking prom pictures in different locations. We arrived at every destination on time and were right on schedule. The limousine on the inside was very clean and soft drinks were provided by our driver, which was sweet. Overall, I would book with them again for any event!

I used gateway limo for our July wedding and working with the company was a great and easy experience! We worked with Amy throughout the planning. She was really quick with emails and helpful to find the right vans that fit what we were looking for. We ended up using 2 7 passanger vans to get to the venue and one 14 seater van on the way back. The vans were huge! They have pictures on the website but I still wasn’t expecting them to be so big. When the vans picked us up from the hotel they had signs saying Mr. & Mrs. (Last name) wedding party. It was so cute! The vans were really clean and on time for each arrival.
I recommend gateway for a wedding! We also used them a few years back for my 21^st birthday and rented a party bus. Same great experience then!

Gateway Limo drives for events at New Black occasionally. I live next door. Their drivers sit outside idling the diesel bus engines for hours, rattling the windows of neighbors. I have no idea why they would waste that much gas given they sit without moving for several hours. Last time I called, the guy was helpful, and thanked me. Tonight the lady dismissed me and escalated the conversation.

I added Gateway Limousine quite late onto my ever growing list of vendors that would be part of my recent wedding in Half Moon Bay this September.
Despite the last minute part, Amy was fantastic and gave me complete attention from beginning to end. After dealing with Amy by email and on the phone, I had no doubt that I didn’t need to worry about this part of the wedding, and I was right. Both shuttles arrived on time and provided great service to my wedding party.
I first thought the service was a little bit expensive, but after checking a few more places, I realized they are incredibly competitive. Any way you look at it, it’s a lot cheaper than a DUI :-)
To be honest, I wouldn’t have minded paying a bit more, because Amys customer service really was above and beyond.
In the end the wedding party got home drunk but safe. Big thank you to Amy and her team for helping us out.

We used Gateway mainly for shuttles for our wedding guests to get to and from the venue from the hotel. We did also use a limo for transportation of the bridal party to the venue. They were a really great service to work with — specifically Amy. We let her know what we were trying to do and she made suggestions of vehicles and timing that would work for us. The drivers were very friendly, professional, and punctual. The vehicles were even nicer than I expected.
Although it was pricer than I expected, I found that they were about average for the services, and beat out some of their competitors in terms of price and customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

This is long overdue and there is so much I can say… There are a ton of limo companies that I have worked with in the Bay Area. But if there is one that gets things right and knows how first class customer service is delivered, Gateway Worldwide Limousine is hands down the best.
My first encounter with Gateway Global was for my best friend’s 30^th Birthday Party. Joel Amato, VP of Operations, walked me through the vehicle selection process as I needed to comfortably fit 12 passengers for a day trip to Napa. I had the opportunity to stop by their office and take a look at their vehicle fleet of vehicles in order to ensure that my best friend’s 30^th was memorable. After choosing their 13 pax Vanterra, Joel worked closely with me on the details to ensure a worry-​free day. I was coordinating several people arriving from different locations, so it was important to ensure that we were all on the same page. On the day of the event, Jack Jones, our chauffeur, was courteous, professional and knew all the details that I relayed to Joel.
I also hired Gateway to provide transportation for a recent wedding. The bride needed a limo and two town cars at the last minute as their previous transportation provider overbooked and canceled the bride’s confirmation. As freaked out as the bride was, I called Amy, VIP Events Manager at Gateway, and she was able to seamlessly work things out for my client. Needless to say it all worked out and things turned out perfect: happy client = happy bride = happy day of wedding coordinator. Big Thank You to Jimmy, Fabio and Bruno who were our chauffeurs that day!
These are just two examples of Gateway’s great service and I always look to them first for all my car service needs. I use Gateway for any occasion imaginable — holiday parties, birthday events, my parents anniversary to name a few. I must also mention that Gateway provides WORLDWIDE service– YES WORLDWIDE. I travel quite often professionally and personally. Despite my hectic travel schedule, I do not have to worry one bit about transportation services because I have been able to count on Gateway to ensure I am picked up on time. No matter what part of the world I am in, they always prove to be safe and reliable. Case in point, my parents just traveled to Taiwan and I sent their itinerary to Joel who arranged services to and from the airport — hassle free. My dad, a man of few words, even commented on their professionalism and great service. I myself have used Gateway Global in the following places in the past year — Chicago, Miami, Philadelphia, New York, London, Greece, Italy, Hong Kong, and Japan. All without having to worry about a thing due to Gateway’s high quality standards.
Gateway makes life easy for someone like me who is always on the go. Knowing that I’ll receive a phone call and email confirmation after I send my request also assures me they are doing things right. I have a ton of cousins overseas [ Europe and Asia] that now are booking with Gateway as they also travel for work often and know my high opinion of Gateway. Simply put, Gateway delivers on all the hallmarks of a great car service — hassle free, clean cars, and courteous, professional, and personable drivers. The last thing you want when you are on an exhausting business trip is to have to worry about your transportation needs.
There are a ton of limo companies and the saying is true — you get what you pay for. As a consumer, I appreciate when things are done right and believe in first class service. It was hard for me to find a company I trust for my personal and professional needs, but now I do not have to think twice. Thanks Gateway for making my life that much easier! You will definitely be hearing from me soon for my upcoming trips to Paris, Croatia and Istanbul!

We’ve used Gateway 5 times in the past 12 months and I have to say that they definitely know how to please their clients.
The drivers always arrive on time, they call ahead to advise of their arrival. You can contact your assigned driver easily when you’re on a run and their fleet is maintained impeccably.
Their rates are quite competitive and their office staff goes above and beyond expectation.
I highly recommend them for nights out on the town and for airport transports.

I worked with Amy Zhen to book a 23 passenger shuttle for my 30^th Birthday wine tasting trip to Livermore Valley. She was detailed, very responsive and was able to provide me with a presentation of their fleet in PDF format. The quote met the price point I was looking for and I definitely made the right choice in booking them.
Our shuttle was clean and comfortable. No complaints about the vehicle whatsoever. Our driver, Ahmad, was pretty quiet but was professional throughout the whole trip. I wish that he would have called upon arriving to initially pick us up but all in all Gateway Limousine was wonderful. I’d book them again in a heartbeat.

As a vendor who has suggested Gateway Limousine to clients before, I too myself used them for my Wedding and also my brother’s Wedding. The staff is very professional, were very accomodating to each Wedding’s schedule. They even scheduled a time to come meet with me to sit down and go over each Wedding to ensure everything was all set. Their attention to detail is uncanny.
They took great care of the Wedding party for my Wedding with a limo bus and provided a mini bus to my family members in need of shuttle transportation to Half Moon Bay. I was not able to attend this year’s Unilocal Holiday event. Instead, I volunteered to organize one the limo services for the south bay Unilocalers. Working with Joel was very straight forward and easy to do business. After yesterday’s performance by their driver staff and outstanding vehicle impression, Joel and I will be working together for my future events.
I was able to see their Van Terra Transport up close and personal (since the initial departure spot was at my house in San Jose). The Terra was very slick, clean, beautifully well crafted, and sharp. That’s how I like my luxury vehicles — executive /​presidential style. I’m not a big fan of the party limo vehicles. If you’re going to arrive to an event in class, the Van Terra Transport is the way to go.
