I thought they were great! They spent plenty of time with me reviewing materials, and were very flexible and patient with us as we had to change our linoleum installation dates a few times. Far better service than I had received at another well-known flooring place in San Francisco. Highly recommended.

We ruined a couple planks of our laminant flooring. We called Harry he came out and fixed the floor same day. The whole job took about an hour(we had the replacement planks). He charged us $ 250. We thought he did a good job.

In an effort to give the business to a small local company, we hired them to install carpeting and wall base in a commercial office space. The work was sloppy with no attention to detail. We had to call him back three times to fix the gaps, uneven wall base, glue spots left on the carpet & wall and to fix two of the doors that they had removed and not rehung properly. All he seemed to care about was getting paid(and no discount was offered at all.) At one point he told us that we were pointing out things that he normally«gets away with». How does one promote a business with that? Updated: Eventually we received a discount and an apology.

Like swe, I wanted to use a smaller business. This turned out to be a catastrophe with little supervision of inexperienced labor, failure to complete the job on time, and poor workmanship. One of the worst experiences I have had with an installation job. I hate the fact there is just nothing nice to say about this company.

We used them for several rooms — he brought a worker with him — they were fairly punctual but were not neat and the quality of the workmanship left a lot to be desired. I am pretty sure I would not use this company again.

DONOT use this company… if you care about quality customer service and decorum. Excited about my new hardwood flooring, I called to get an estimate for installation. As soon as the owner heard that I did not also need to buy wood flooring because I already had, his tone changed dramatically. The owner called me «Sweetie» in an unmistakeably pejorative tone, said that my questions were«annoying,» and hung up on me. I never have problems with salespeople– usually the opposite– I am very agreeable person.
