I had a great experience buying a car from Del and the team at Highway One. He stayed late on a Friday to show me a car, promptly returned messages, and when the deal was closed had all the paperwork ready to go and even picked me up from the Bart. Really cool shop too.

My wife, a 20 year hard driving BMW fan that faithfully loved and maintained her 5-​speed Z3 traded up to a Z4. After entertaining the idea of getting a Z4 she located the one that made the decision for her… a 2006 Z4 3L Osi roadster with 29 K on the clock. Del Boscacci of Highway One Classic Cars and head associate Andre handled the transaction for the owner. Del may have gas in his veins with a life-​long appreciation of great performing and classic cars. He knows them and the automotive business very well. I approached this business with caution after seeing my dream car listed on Craigslist. It was a used car place, sort of a hole in the wall, I wasn’t sure at all. It was approaching 5 o’clock on a Saturday and I was afraid the place was deserted, or that I was about to be set upon by vultures.
I am happy to say that my concerns were completely misguided — my opinion has totally shifted in the month or so that I did business with Highway One (why a month to buy a car? I wanted to find a buyer for my gas-​guzzling SUV before I took the plunge on the new ride).
Now I see that Del Boscacci lives to work — his work being classic and high performance cars. He doesn’t work to live, and that makes a big difference. He is eager to talk cars, to show you his latest acquisition, to find another automotive soul.
Del frequents — and in some cases chairs — local concours (concourses?) d’elegance, and owns many beautiful classic cars.
The Highway One building is a converted house, complete with kitchen, office, and den. I get the sense it is Del’s true home. The memorabilia are amazing. The bathroom is clean.
I, a skeptical mid-​aged woman in quest of her mid-​life crisis, ended up totally comfortable with my dealings with Highway One. The car I wanted was priced exactly as it should be per KBB and NADA. Del worked with me to get a better interest rate from my credit union. And a month after the sale, when there was nothing left in it for him, he tracked down the previous owner to get me the second key, so I wouldn’t have to buy a new one. Very nice customer service.
I am having a ball running around town in my new ride, and will honestly go to Highway One first the next time I am in the market again.

I would highly recommend the services of Highway One. After trying unsuccessfully to sell my 2006 Mercedes ML500, I decided to enlist the help of their services. We agreed on a price that I was very happy with, as I was ready to cut the price. They marketed the car on multiple sites with fantastic pictures. I was given updates throughout the process which my wife appreciated. Our car sold in less than 3 weeks and all of the DMV paperwork was handled. The owner Delmar is a very experienced, seasoned professional and his colleague Andre was excellent at aggressively advertising my car and kept me in the loop every step of the way, presenting offers to me as they were made.
They have a secure indoor parking facility to safely store your vehicle, they offer financing to prospective buyers, schedule the test drives as well as arrange shipping, total peace of mind.
All in all a great experience and I would certainly use their services again without hesitation.

Del and Andre provided great customer service, and very promptly (!) sold my BMW Z4, netting me a very reasonable price that we had agreed to in advance. Selling my high performance car through Highway One saved me a lot of headaches. I first tried selling it on Craigslist and found that I wasn’t prepared to deal with the kinds of buyers who responded, who in retrospect likely wanted to test drive a powerful sports car, and weren’t serious about buying (they all loved the car, but nobody was able to follow through and obtain financing.) Highway One takes care of it all — assisting buyers with the financing, advertising, screening etc. They are friendly and helpful, and visiting the office location is a kick — Del has an amazing collection of classic automobile paraphenalia. He is the ultimate car enthusiast and sells many very interesting sports and classic cars — not the ordinary boring family sedans that you see everywhere. I would definitely sell a car through them again, and I would buy a car through them. Caution: Checking out their inventory is very tempting…
