Buying my first car was the most adult thing I ever had to do, and Nick made the process extremely easy. He was prompt with phone calls responses, and I bought my Prius during the first visit! After the purchase, Nick was very easy to reach via text. I really wanted a car with a reverse camera, and the online ad said my Prius included one, but it didn’t. Nick promised that if I purchased a camera online, he would do the installation for me free of charge. He texted me a camera that I could buy off of Amazon and even though there was some problem with the installation the first time around, Nick went ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep trying to fix whatever issue was going on. After four attempts, he saved the day! I am incredibly grateful to Nick for coordinating with my family when I was at work/​out of town to check on the car, and he even came to my house on the other side of the Bay to finally complete the installation process.
I feel blessed to have stumbled upon one of Infinite Auto Groups listings on Craigslist. Prior to meeting him, I had gone to my local Toyota dealerships and absolutely despised working with the car sellers there. To them, I felt like nothing more than a business transaction, but working with Nick meant working with someone I truly trust, and I will be recommending him over and over again. I wish him and his family all the best!

Best car buying experience I’ve had. No frills, industrial area and looks like a garage. But they are honest and tell the truth about the cars, warts and all. Will go back again if I have the chance.

Nick made this experience easy and hassle free. Very honest and helpful through the whole process. We weren’t sure of what we wanted or what would be best for our situation and he helped us choose the perfect car. They had a great selection of vehicles. The lady that processed our paperwork was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

I searched for several weeks for a very specific vehicle at a great price. It was frustrating looking on Craigslist and overpriced auto dealerships with pushy sales people offering something I didn’t want. Just out of curiosity I found exactly what I was looking for on eBay. I mean, who buys stuff on eBay, right? The owner was up front about the small minor nicks on the used car. He was not only honest, but gave me his cell phone to call him directly with any concerns or questions I had. I had the truck shipped to Tucson sight unseen. It was better than advertised and exactly what I was hoping for. It was a flawless transaction and I can’t endorse Nick and Infinite Auto Group enough. Go see these guys for a great deal on a great vehicle. 5 Stars!

Bought a car from them today and found them on Craigslist. The owner Nick seemed very honest so we didn’t even test drive the car… lol. Got a great deal and definitely deserve 5 stars for service and product.

I had to make an account for these guys, I feel that mom and pop shops are not getting the recognition they should this is one example, great place off the beaten path. If you are looking for a car and don’t want the hassle of salesmen or possibly being scammed by craigslist ads this is your place to shop. The manager/​owner is great he helped me find a truck I was asking for, it took some time, but it was worth the wait on a good hassle free deal. I recommend this place to anyone, oh and make an appointment!
