I found Alex through his website several years ago, after receiving a letter from the IRS. I was in a panic, but he immediately calmed me down, he was very responsive, understanding, and helpful. He was on the case within a day and things immediately changed for the better.
His rates were not the cheapest, but his service is extremely thorough. I came to him with zero documentation, only a letter (I was a horribly irresponsible person before this). Within just a few days he had all of my tax information and documentation faxed to me, my missing years were filed by his in-​house accountant, and the process was begun. Throughout the entire process, there was never a need to go anywhere else, and no new or hidden fees.
He is extremely responsive with high availability. While the IRS may drag its feet and go months between sending a letter, he would be responding to that letter the day it was received.
