Ayesha Sikandar has been working in the Industry for over 14 years now. She has a Bachelors in Architecture and a Masters in Interior Design and is also a licensed Real estate consultant here in the Bay Area.

Ayesha was our architect for a remodel of an existing basement, to turn it into finished space and connect it to our main house. She worked closely with us at all steps, from initial designs, to working with the city to get approval/permits, to assisting with the contractor as needed. She was very flexible with her schedule, offered very competitive rates, and was very focused on making sure we were happy with everything up until the end. When I was struggling with my previous architect, My realtor strongly recommended Ayesha and MA Dimensions. Ayesha came to help me to take over the drawings and finished the task at the earliest possible time. Since she had many experiences in the city of Belmont, the process was very smooth and easy. We confronted with many issues related with structural in the existing portion of the house, she came to help many times to make it right. Ayesha helped us with getting the permits for a room addition in Foster City. MA also ended up sub ing my Structural work which was completed really fast by their recommended Engineer.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the firm, their communications and finally getting the objective of getting my permit. I had initially started the project with an architect/engineer recommended by my Contractor. I had a tough time coordinating between all of them. Once I switched to MA Dimensions, things went smoothly.

We saw Ayesha’s work in SJ mercury news when one of her home remodels was published. We were very impressed after looking at the before and after photos and decided to give her a call.
Ayesha has a great eye for design. She understands not only the Architecture of a home but is very sensitive to the Interior environment. She played an instrumental role in picking out all finishes and color scheme for our whole house.
