I called in the am for a price quote, made an appointment for a drop off. Jose was very helpful and gave me a ride home. He also picked me up when my vehicle is done detailing. $ 150 and my car looks brand new inside out! You get what you paid for. I highly recommend this place.

What a joke. I called to schedule a detail and informed him how much I usually pay and Jose said that’s fine. I show up and the price jumps up $ 75. Go fly a kite. It’s no wonder Berto left. I wouldn’t want to deal with a liar and a thief myself. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement should look into the employees here. I can only imagine how they’re treated. From the long line of nonexistent vehicles waiting to be detailed I should have figured.

I took my BWM X5 in to get the full detail package, and overall they did a great job! Dropped off the car in the morning before I headed into the office and picked up after work. Jose was great, as he greeted me and explained what the service that I purchased would entail. Signed a few papers and that was it! Super easy and the X5 looks better than ever before! Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Pristine Auto Detail. I was able to schedule a next-​day appointment to have my Audi A3 detailed and the manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. They removed years of pet hair, crumbs, sand (you name it) and the car basically looks new. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.

They did an amazing job! I had my doubts after reading some of the other, less favorable reviews and honestly, I was very skeptical when I first arrived as there was no one at the front desk. But after waiting for someone to notice me, the workers were very nice and the manager even drove me to and from the downtown area in his car while I waited for the detailing to be finished. After getting back, the detail work was amazing! My car has never looked better. Every nook and cranny was spick and span! I couldn’t believe my eyes how clean it was. Even some of the scratches had been totally buffed out. I’ll be going back there if I ever need a total clean again.

I had an incident where the engine oil drain plug fell off while driving on a highway and the engine oil splashed all over the underbody of the car. Rick and his team were very helpful in explaining to me what the impact was to the car, potential risks while being very professional customer service. Because the dealer was at fault during last oil change, I requested numerous documentations and pictures to make his professional statement on record. Without hesitation, Pristine Auto did an outstanding job servicing my request and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with the service and I highly recommend to anyone who is worried about whether they are being taken care of or not.

A friend recommended I go here to get my car detailed. I have a 2010 Challenger and have never had it professionally detailed or clay barred. I took it in on a Tuesday and left it overnight. Let’s just say, when I went to pick it up, it was so shiny it almost blinded me. What an amazing job by the guys at this company. I keep touching the car every time I see it, because it is so smooth!

Let first state, I’m a car fanatic. I buy cars to drive and enjoy. I want everything about the car to be perfect and that includes the way it drives and looks. I’ve tried several detail shops referred to by other car fanatics but came away only satisfied.
A gentleman I know sells and delivers detailing supplies to all of the area’s shops told me about Pristine Auto Detail urging me to take my car to them. I scheduled an appointment and brought my daily driver and met with the owner, Berto. Asking only for the basic detail and expecting only to be satisfied, I returned and found the car to look fantastic!
Since then I’ve brought all of my prized possessions to him and each come back in perfect condition! I know it’s a cliché, but it looks better than new! I’ve never been let down.
So, if you’re in need of having your baby cared for, take it to Pristine Auto Detail! You will not believe your eyes! By the way, I wouldn’t care how much it cost to get my cars looking perfect, but the prices are very reasonable. Especially considering no one else comes close.

I called Tuesday around noon and explained to Berto that a dog had urinated in my car the day before. I absolutely needed the front seat removed, shampooed and disinfected.
He understood completely and suggested I drop my car off as it would need to stay overnight. I had the next day off work so this was fine.
Upon arriving at the shop, I walked in, I asked guy behind counter if he was Berto? No, he wasn’t but he’d go get Berto for me… out cones Berto, I reminded him that I called earlier, and may I show him the problem area? He allowed me to go over the situation and the spots that he should concentrate on, he quoted me $ 60 if I just wanted him to work on the soiled areas. I was pleasantly surprised.
Because I taxi my own dog everyday, but also because I taxi several of her furry friends I asked how much for the entire interior? He quickly points out, and I am indeed guilty, of how poor the white, 8 year old car looks, and offers me a fair price for the entire car, in & out, dog urine and all. I didn’t agree to it at first but then decided to go ahead and treat my car to a full detail-​it deserved it after all, it had been urinated in (not by my own dog)!
I waited in their lobby area, small coffee area, magazines, nothing fancy. They offered me a ride, but I had someone coming to pick me up. Good to have this option though.
Next day, Berto calls me around 3:30, I’m pleasantly surprised since I expected a call around 5:30 or worse I expected a call saying they’d need the car another day.
I had to wait for my ride, Berto gave me another reminder call at 5:30, told him I was on my way. I arrive, not expecting a lot, but right away I notice the gleaming white car! Oh my goodness, you could see how soft it was, sure enough, I put my hand out to touch it and it was super soft. I explained how I’m a little bummed since a heavy drizzle is developing. I open the driver side door, Berto lets me know that the floor mats are still damp, they’re in the trunk. He tells me know the car is a lil damp but I expected that, at least I’m getting it back and they aren’t trying to keep it needlessly. So my dash, cup holders, cloth upholstered seats and ceiling of my car are pet free! It looked good– was not completely spotless but again, I have a lot of four legged passengers. The real deal though, the dog urine… I smelled a trace scent. The car was still damp though, benefit of the doubt. Yesterday I have my bro-​in-​law take a whiff of the car, he smells nothing. It’s Friday evening now and I cannot smell the dog urine.
Berto and his staff have not only made my car look BeautiFUL, but it’s also odor free! Thank you squeezing my car into your schedule Berto, and thanks for a job well done. I will be recommending your shop to my friends, family and clients.

For a normal customer, your experience will go something like this…
You’ll walk in. A bored looking middle-​aged man behind a counter, surfing the internet, will not be able to speak to you in English so he’ll grunt that you should find someone else to talk to. He MIGHT be nice enough to call someone to the front to help you, but seriously?! Why are you behind the desk!!! You could not be a worse choice for a receptionist! Then someone who speaks some amount of English (the owner, if you’re lucky) will come take a look at your car and find out what level of service you’re interested in. From there, they will up-​sell you and make grand, sweeping statements about your car looking as «pristine» as it did when you first bought it. BAH! HARDLY.
So then you’ll pick it up many hours later, (repeat part one of trying to find someone who speaks English) and as you start to drive away, you’ll slowly realize what areas they skimped on, despite the enormous price tag. You MIGHT even discover that your breaks now squeak, which the owner told me would be temporary, but NOPE! NOT SO. My breaks have been squeaky ever since, many months later. Thanks for that.
So to sum it up, they charged me $ 200+ for something called «the works,» didn’t bother even touching the dashboard, the inside of the doors, or the center console, made the breaks squeaky, forgot my carpet pads until I asked for them, and I had to pantomime to get most of this done. Fun stuff!
Do NOT go here. I’m pretty sure the owner hired his entire family and none of them know what they’re doing. He’s very nice, but his kindness doesn’t make up for the total incompetence everywhere else.

I took my minivan in last spring after someone swiped the driver side of my front bumper. There were several fairly large and ugly black marks. Based on previous positive experience with Berto, I drove my car right down to Pristine Auto Detail. Berto quoted me $ 30 and asked if I could leave the car right then for 30 min. He and his staff did a great job — when I returned, it looked almost like new (exactly that Berto had promised). The only issue was that he under charged me — his work was worth more and I decided to pay more!

I’m amazed by how good-​as-​new my car has looked after both trips to Pristine Auto Detail.
I’ve paid more for detailing elsewhere and failed to get the same results. The team there is friendly and helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Pristine Auto Detail did a great job on my 2012 Cadillac Escalade recently. They went above and beyond and deserve a nice review. Berto is a nice guy, and aims to please. Great job!

Um no. Most of these reviews are fake. Guaranteed.
I called and was quoted $ 45 for a footwell shampoo (not the trunk) this was comparable to 2 places I called in Palo Alto. I was in this area, so I went in.
Bernato was super nice. But they damaged my car. And then were dishonest about it.
I don’t know if they just switched methods of cleaning car interiors, but they put WAAAY too much chemical on my car. It took over 4 days to dry. I left running with the heat at the second evening afterwards and it still didn’t dry for days!!! Kinda annoying if you need to use your car and wanna put your mats back down.
Also he burned patches of my carpet out along the sides (think thinning hair). Also my custom mats were destroyed. And there was a number of pitting along the outside of the rear drivers side door, where there equipment scraped my car. They had me inspect it and hid my mats. I knew the inspection was some kinda set up. but ya know the damage was done and I just wanted to get outta there.
I will post pictures of my mats, so you can see for yourself.

Wow. What an amazing job Bertho did on my SUV. It now looks practically brand new. His price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back.

We had our windshield replaced but it was not sealed correctly, so our car became a rain catch during the last winter storm. The mildew smell then set in and the car stunk. My husband took the car to Pristine Auto Body to have the interior cleaned, but I never thought they could get the Mildew smell out. Berto said he knew how to take out the smell and he was absolutely right. The car not only smells great but it looks great too. Pristine did a terrific job of cleaning the interior of my car.

This place was amazing! We went on a trip with some friends and their dog had diarrhea all over our backseat… YUCK! They did their best to clean it, but the stain and smell just wouldn’t leave. I called Pristine Monday morning and they were like bring it in whenever. You don’t need an appointment, but if you call and let them know when you want to come in it is helpful for everyone.
I dropped it off and they were so helpful, I emptied my car handed over the keys told them I wanted the Master package and that was it. Not even 15 minutes later Christine (at the front desk) called to tell me it would be done in three hours and to just come by. I went over and it looked amazing! The car looked brand new. Everything had been deep cleaned, dashboard, rugs, seats, windows, inside, outside, trunk, everywhere! It smells like a new car… not a stain, smell spot, nothing!
This place is wonderful. I highly recommend them if you need your care detailed. They will take care of you and it is a great deal
PS If you try the phone number but can’t get a hold of someone call the mobile number as well. The answering machine does not say pristine, but it is them.

Pristine Auto Detail was everything I could have hoped for. I dropped my car off at 9am this morning, told Berto my dog had thrown up in it, and he laughed and said he’d call by 2pm. At 1:37pm today, he called. The car is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. I literally gasped. Plus he went over every square inch of it with me just to show me what he’d done, in addition to asking me if I still smelled the dog puke (I do not). I’m not kidding; this guy’s really into clean cars!
(Note: I took my car to Luxury Detail in San Carlos a year ago and was very dissatisfied with their «work.» If you’re trying to decide between them and Pristine Detail, pick Pristine. You won’t regret it. Sorry Luxury, but you guys are waaaaaaay too casual about cars and appointments and schedules and… well, everything.)
