Raziel specializes in the neighborhoods of Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Millbrae, San Carlos, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, Foster City and the surrounding areas in San Mateo County.
He has an economics and education degree from UCLA and has completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation: Tools for Preparing & Negotiating Effectively.
Raziel currently lives in Burlingame with his wonderful wife and young son.

History
Established in 2005.
I earned my broker’s license in residential real estate after admiring the work ethic, professionalism, and respect for the business from an agent who was a family friend.
Since 2005, I’ve been fortunate to have risen to the Top 10 (1%) of Realtors in San Mateo County out of over 2,700, and #1 agent in Burlingame in 2014. I focus 100% of my time on providing an extraordinarily high level of service to my clients and their every need, and my business continues to grow through referrals from my clients and their friends, family, and co-workers. This allows me to provide knowledge, expertise, and advice without having to worry about marketing myself to a wider audience. I am proud of my creative approach to negotiating the best possible price for my clients and have taught classes to other Realtors on this topic. I also teach Homebuying 101 at Community Education/San Mateo Community College District.

Having been born and raised in Burlingame allows me to share every (random!) hidden nook and cranny of the north peninsula with my clients.
Much of what I do and enjoy, in addition to negotiating for and advising my clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process, is explaining the process and each step in an easy to understand way so my clients are always at the center of their transaction. My background as an undergraduate at UCLA in Education and Economics has been a perfect complement to my business.
