I used Nizar for my wedding. He was amazing, showed up on time took us to the best spots for pictures. He was very patient and was super cool. I would definitely use this service again! 5 stars all the way. :)

We rented a limo for our niece’s first concert this past Saturday, and were lucky enough to have been provided with great driver — Fadi. Not only was he the nicest person ever, but he made our niece feel like a princess. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the limo and with Fadi! The service was impeccable, and I will ask for Fadi again should we need to rent a limo in the future. Thank you Royal Limousine for a wonderful experience and for hiring courteous drivers.

Really great service! They responded in a timely manner. Fadi was excellent and kind. We left SF and took the 9 passenger wine tasting in Napa. Would recommend them again!

Nizar was so great to deal with! His prices were so reasonable and he even sent us an SUV at the town car price because he heard my visitor had 3 kids with them! He is definitely going to be my go-​to car ride!!!

I called the company first. No answer at first but got called back promptly after, I believe by the owner. He directed my information to Christina, who was very helpful and gave us a very fair rate.
The day of, the limo showed up on time and the driver, Alex, was amazing. He gave us recommendations on time, routes, and wineries, and even when we realized we left some things in the limo, he turned around to meet us.
Thankful for the great service and will definitely be using them again!

Nizar provides great service for my transportation to and from SFO every week. His drivers are always on time (early, actually) and I NEVER have to wait long at the curb like I have with other car services. The rates are very fair, and he is able to store my payment info and charge me a flat rate for every ride.
I couldn’t be happier with his drivers. Very polite and friendly. I’ve read other reviews from people who were unhappy, and I am quite surprised. They must be looking for party bus service that they can trash.

I am writing a review following Alex R.‘s review on 8÷20÷14. I was part of her group & would like to stress that we received extremely poor service with this company. This limo service doesn’t even deserve 1 star, however there is no option for 0 stars. We paid for a 6 hour ride slot & our driver — Nick — kicked us out after 2 hours, FOR NO REASON AT ALL. He was a horrible driver & I suffered from car-​sick within 10 min of his poor driving. On top of it all, he was very rude & lack customer service skills. He also dropped us off at a dangerous part of the Mission and began to yell at us. This was after getting back into the limo from our 2^nd stop. Another rider asked if we could watch music videos & attempted to turn on the flatscreen TV, however the line was static & Nick accused our friend of breaking the flatscreen. This led to a heated argument, as Nick would not let down on his accusation. He stopped the limo in the middle of the street, forced us out, and did not even open the trunk for us to retrieve our belongings. In the following 2 days, he kept calling Alex’s cell & left harassing voice messages. How does he even have this job?! We would NEVER recommend this company.

Used this company for a bachelorette party this weekend. Service was incredible! Our driver Alex was on top of everything and so helpful. He even bought us crackers and water for some of the girls that got a little too tipsy! 5 star all the way!

I have been using Royal Limousine for 10 years for both my business trips and family trips; Nizar and his team have been wonderful. Always there and always professional. You will be very pleased when you work with them!

Very disappointed in this service.
We booked a Living Social deal for $ 599 for 13 people for a wine country tour for a company outing. Upon booking the date we were told that we had to tip on the full amount of the deal (this is standard with Living Social and something we were fully prepared to do) and that the tip would be $ 260. The original cost of the deal as stated on the Living Social voucher was $ 901 for 13 people. So basically they were saying that we had to give them a 29% tip.
We told them that we would tip based off the original cost ($ 901) and based off level of service. We were then told that the «tip» was mandatory and it was based of a price of $ 1500. Then they told us they had been suddenly booked for that day and they could no longer accommodate us. We told them that we were unhappy with the level of service, there was no where that indicated that the original cost was $ 1500, and that we would be asking for a refund and writing a Unilocal review.
While on the phone with Living Social, they sent 2 emails in rapid succession, one saying «Thanks for threatening», another trying to gloss over the situation apologizing for the assistant sending the «thanks for threatening» email; and then letting us know that those in the service industry always charge gratuity, a fact that we are aware of. However, most industries don’t impose a 29% tip, at that point it’s a fee that should have been stated beforehand. Living Social also agreed with us as they gave us a full refund despite purchasing this deal 3 months ago.

Really enjoyed the limo service from Royal Limousine! I called Royal Limo the Wednesday before a Saturday we wanted to go up to Napa, and Nizar was very helpful in filling us in where someone canceled. I was going to buy the living social, but he said it was a better deal to book it directly through him? $ 125/​hour. Not positive how that worked out, but booked and everything went smoothly.
Jim picked us up on time in San Francisco, and was very accommodating and helpful when we were making our winery plan for Sonoma. He was also very accommodating in waiting for a friend to join us who was running late. We ended up adding on an hour to the planned time due to the friend’s tardiness, and Jim was open for schedule changes. Also, my friend left her sunglasses in the limo and Jim was helpful in getting them returned.
Would use again, and definitely recommend to others! The only reason there’s one star off is that a living social/​groupon for another service would have been less expensive per person, but since we were planning so last minute, had to take what pricing I could get.

I had purchased a Living Social deal for a 5-​hour party bus (seats 14 people). When I went to book the bus through email I received responses that I can only loosely describe as English. Nizar’s (and I got his name from other Unilocal reviews as he never introduced himself or signed his name) response to my booking inquiry was this:
«Thanks I got tour info. Yes we r ok we have. Bus just. We credit card. To hold. Reservation. And tax and tip. For 5 hour $ 266. 4 152 274 676 thanks»
I responded that we were planning on paying the tax and tip with cash. Since he already had the voucher (I paid $ 600) I thought it should be enough to hold the reservation, but Nizar insisted on a credit card. Soon after booking the reservation I received an email from LivingSocial asking me how my experience was. So, he definitely redeemed my voucher for his share of the purchase price well before the trip took place.
From Nizar’s email communication I had absolutely no confidence that he would not steal or sell my credit card information, so I used a prepaid debit card that would cover our costs and gave him that number instead. I booked the bus for a Saturday at noon, and at 8:30am that Saturday Nizar called my cell phone and insisted that I give him another credit card number. Let me repeat, 8:30 on a Saturday morning. He had run my prepaid debit card and it was declined. I don’t know how much he tried to charge on it, but I have since used the card without any issues.
However, after dealing with Nizar everything went smoothly. Jim showed up a few minutes early and was very friendly. After all my communication with Nizar I wasn’t sure a bus would show up! At the beginning of the trip we paid Jim the $ 266 for the tax and tip in cash. I told Jim that the cash should include both tax and his tip amount and he wasn’t aware that his tip was included in that amount. I made sure to remind him it was!
Jim drove us across the bridge and we were in Alameda after a minor GPS-​related snafu. The bus had a stereo system we were able to hook our mp3 players up to and we had a movie montage moment while we were driving across the Bay Bridge listening to «All I Want for Christmas is You». Our five hour tour went swimmingly and Jim dropped us all off back at our apartment. Since he was so gracious (and since I’m not convinced Nizar would give him his full tip) we tipped him a little bit extra and the end.
Ultimately, I went on a very fun 5-​hour party bus ride with 13 of my friends. However, I had spend the three weeks leading up to it wondering if the bus would show up and if there would be mysterious charges on the debit card.

I am not sure how the trips worked out for all these fellow Unilocalers but we feel a bit mislead. I arranged for a limo to take us wine tasting for a day. We expected a knowledgeable driver, as we had never been to the LIvermore Valley before. Our driver was silent. Ray was nice enough but, silent. He didn’t open the door all the time but, he was nice.
Anyhow, when I made the reservation I was told that the quote included everything. I assumed tax and fees. I was also told we would get a bottle of champagne.
After the fact, I checked to see what ‘everything’ actually included. And I was told that the tip was included too. We paid in cash AND gave the driver aprox 20% gratuity. He accepted it without a peep.
So, I asked to receive a refund for the 160.00 that we paid extra and was told, ‘how can I get it back to you if the driver took it?’ Well, it is his limo company and it seems that he can give me back money. He even told ME to call the driver directly. I am surprised by this.
We did not receive that bottle of champagne and the driver was 15 minutes late arriving at the first pick up. We tipped and didn’t have too. I suggest that you use another company.
As Lynda t. said, if I could give a zero for customer service, I would. What a disappointment.

If I could give this company «0» stars, I would. My husband contacted Frisco Limo and the owner subcontracted out to Royal Limousine rather than telling us he was booked. The driver Ray picks us up from our hotel and he already looked like he didn’t want to be there.
A girl’s trip to Napa for my 30^th birthday celebration turned into the ride from hell. Ray clearly has no idea how to drive and I’m curious as to how often those brake pads have to be replaced. Who drives and brakes hard every two seconds on the highway? We nearly were thrown from our seats on multiple occasions and we were surrounded by dirt road. Two of my girls got sick on the way there and the way back.
He told us we needed to meet him at the limo by 3:00pm in order to get back into the city on time. We hit tons of traffic and we were one hour over the 6 hours that we originally paid for. He then demanded that we owed him $ 75. We told him that the negotiated rate was $ 60 and he made a huge scene about it. If you’re subcontracted out, you should abide by the the other company’s rates, not your own.
You’re in a customer service industry so act like it. Please check your attitude at the door and learn some proper manners. Worse service ever.
Thanks for ruining what was suppose to be an epic celebration.

Sadly, this vendor loses out due to their poor communication. I booked them for a Saturday wine tour for a set 8-​hour rate. Our tour went over by an hour or so, and as a customer I would have been happy to pay overage had it ever been clear what that would be, or even what the breakdown was when the bill arrived. When I asked for the breakdown of charges, the owner couldn’t answer my questions (sounds like he has difficulty with English, which I have no problem with, but maybe that’s a sign he shouldn’t try to address customer service issues). Instead he directs me to the driver, who proceeds to claim that since he’s a minister (he moonlights as a driver), his word should be taken as truth and that I should just trust him. I finally get in touch with the original person who booked my trip and clarifies the charges, which resulted in a refund of about $ 200 which they overcharged me.
An otherwise pleasant trip was unfortunately soured by gruff, reluctant, and overall unsatisfactory responses to a customers simple request for a receipt.
Customers beware, and question all charges from these guys.

I can’t say enough good about Nizar as others have said. After getting several quotes from other companies who wanted to illegally charge me tax and utterly ridiculous amounts to come inside the airport and do a late night run, he was a breath of fresh air. The rates quoted were fair, entirely free of illegal charges such as for tax and additional, separate charges like bridge tolls — and in top of it all, the quote included the tip!
The car was immaculate and extremely comfortable, and Nizar himself picked me up because his driver had been running ragged, and he wanted to give the guy a break before a big day tomorrow.
Will definitely use this company again.

I needed to find a limo service ASAP since our wedding is only a couple weeks away and our previously planned transportation turned out to be a total douche.
Nizar got back to me very quickly and was extremely responsive and pleasant. He offered me a great deal and was even willing to negotiate with me when I found a slightly better deal elsewhere.
I decided to stick to Nizar because of his stellar reputation on Unilocal and willingness to accommodate our needs.
Looking forward to our ride! I will wait to add another star after our upcoming wedding in July!

I booked another limo company for this Saturday (less than 4 days away) and they put my reservation on the wrong day. When I called to confirmed and heard of this development, I completely freaked out last night. I had 8 ladies saved for 9 hours in Napa, who all had to make special childcare arrangements.
Royal Limo is my savior. He had another reservation, but moved things around AND he is charging me a really reasonable price. Seriously, does it get better than that?
He called to confirm today (the next morning) and told me one of our wine tasking locations needed a reservation. We already had one, but within 16 hours he was all over our reservation.
My event is this Saturday and I will write an update, but I am already so happy with this A+ customer service. Totally professional operation.

Nizar’s business practices are above and beyond, every single time. Whenever we need a town car at the office, he’s the only one I’ll call. Reasonable rates and stellar, stellar service. Nizar is incredibly flexible when our meetings run long, we’ve never been left because we were late. Very response by phone and email, we trust him with our most important clients.

I trusted Unilocal on this one and it totally paid off!
I want to start off by saying that Nizar was perfect. I had one day to do my first Napa tour and I couldn’t have picked a better driver. I planned out the tour (to the minute) ahead of time and didn’t have to direct the driver at all during the 9 hour, 5 winery trip. The car was clean, new and stocked with snacks and water. After the trip he offered to drive me to the airport the next morning for the same amount the taxi charged us and I accepted. He arrived early and got me there in plenty of time for my flight. Excellent, excellent service and a great price. I will use Royal every time I am in San Francisco.
