I was working with 3 other real estate agents before meeting Sanit. The previous 3 agents had a very nonchalant approach in helping me look for a home. They weren’t very attentive, they seem to not know much about the property we visited, and they really weren’t that attentive. I seemed like just another client to them. I actually resorted to
to search on my own but my friend introduced me to Sanit and I must thank him! Sanit is very attentive in trying to understand my needs and only focused on homes that fit it and others she thought could be a fit. Through our search and discussions she helped me seal the deal on the home that I want. She was relentless in getting my bid through as we spent time after hours talking with loan agent and seller. It was a hard fought battle given all the bidders (my home had 22). But I won the bid because the seller said one of the reasons was because Sanit kept calling to see what we can do in our end to close the deal. I found my real estate agent and I have been recommending her to all my family and friends.

Sanit showed me the condo unit before it went to the open market. Her advice helped me submit an offer that was accepted by the seller without going into a bidding war. Given how competitive the current market is, it is truly marvelous. We completed the entire process in 35 days (during which time I spent 10 days overseas).
She is very patient and responsive to any question I might have. Her advice on what to put in contingency turned out to be very helpful and ensured the success of this transaction. I first met Sanit last summer, and I was not sure about purchasing a house at that time. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciate that she never pushed me and always tried her best to make me feel comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend Sanit to anyone looking to buy/​sell a home.

Buying a house in the Bay Area is a daunting task: high prices that rise every month, 8 – 10 bidders on every home, crazy expectations around contingencies, etc. We could not have successfully navigated the process without Sanit’s help. She was honest, responsive, and took the time to get to know us and make sure we found the home that was right for us. A few examples…
1) Sanit actually steered us away from a house we originally liked due to some funky disclosures… stuff we probably would not have caught.
2) Sanit worked around our crazy work schedules to meet on nights and weekends.
3) Sanit coached us on the offer process to land us our dream house with a very fair price on our first offer, coming only a very small amount in over the next highest bidder.

Sanit is truly amazing. My husband and I now own our first home in Millbrae (on our first offer!) thanks to her guidance and care.
She is sweet, kind, and very accommodating – willing to work with my husband’s and my busy schedules to view properties late on weeknights and weekends. She talked us out of a property we were initially interested in when she realized that the school district was in trouble and a remodel that looked beautiful had been done without permits. She has also arranged for contractors to meet with us at various houses to help us envision and budget for possible changes we would want to make to our home (at no cost to us). When we found the right home for us, she walked us through the process, spent hours reviewing the «comps» with us to come up with a dollar amount, and personally met with the previous homeowner to deliver our offer. It worked! :)
Now that we’re in escrow, Sanit is still there for us, letting us in to see the property when family is in town and making recommendations for a local handyman and gardener to help us settle in.
My husband and I were worried that real estate agents have a motive to only look out for their own personal interests. Sanit has proven to us that she is ethical, kind, and cares much more about her clients and overall reputation than making a quick commission. When we look for our next home many years down the line, we will ask Sanit to look out for us again. We’ve recommended her to our bay area friends and family.

Sanit is one of those agents I would aspire to be should I ever see myself going into the real estate business. She is absolutely perfect. Going into my first home purchase in a location I wasn’t overly familiar with and not knowing exactly what I wanted, Sanit helped me assess all my options and was patient throughout the whole process. She was available at all times throughout the day to answer my questions/​concerns and was on top of all deadlines and paperwork. Her most remarkable quality, however, is the fact that she treated my home search with the utmost importance. This can’t be said for other agents I have had to work with. In this day and age, knowledgeable agents are plentiful but one that can make you feel as if you’re their most important client are difficult to come by. Sanit is both.

Mrs Bordeianu was very impressive as my agent. She devoid 100% attention to every detail and every step of the sale. Every time I called her, she answered the call without fail. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was very patient with me thru my questions and frustrations (my lack of real estate knowledge). She was extremely helpful able to speak both thai and english as I do not speak english well.
