Their caregivers are not top notch, not educated, not proactive, could careless, and lack management supervision. The company is very expensive, they pray on the wealthy and affluent who can well afford their $ increased services every quarter.

We are delighted with the caregivers we have hired via these folks. They listen to your needs, ask the right questions and provide the answer. Our current caregiver is outstanding. She really is compassionate, kind and generous with her wisdom and time. She has helped alleviate a lit of stress we have been experiencing and I am firever thankful for her.

Our family has been working with Senior Assist for over two years to support my mother who has Alzheimers. The quality of the service is superb, outstanding, excellent and any other superlative you can think of. The caregivers are top notch, educated, pro-​active, caring, observant, intelligent and are good on site managers. Terri and Gina run the most professional service operation. They are pro-​active, timely, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and compassionate. They really work with you to provide the best care plan possible. Entrusting the care of a loved one is one of the most difficult things one can ever do. Senior Assist is more than up to this gargantuan task and even exceeds your expectations when you least expect it.

A year later than the last review, and still very happy with the support we are getting from the caregivers. My aunt’s primary helper has moved on to nursing school so we are getting used to some new helpers. I briefly thought of trying to hire just one person (to reduce the juggling of such a nutty lack of schedule) but realized there was no way I could relax and trust the work to be done with the same quality as Senior Assist has provided. And so far, the new Caregivers have been super… my aunt has settled in to the idea of getting help and it’s all good. YAY for Senior Assist, we would all be in Deep Water without them. A special note regarding Sarinah, who schedules (& reschedules) all the days, times, changes, and never sounds grumpy! Amazing.

Terri, Gina and their wonderful staff are terrific. We had to gradually acclimate my late 80s aged folks into getting assistance in their home due to my Mother being diagnosed with early stages Alzheimer’s and Dad not realizing that he wasn’t prepared to be her caregiver. He subsequently had a fall and they were ready to implement more assistance (we previously had to start with only one day a week for four hours). The «assistants» that they selected for my folks are professional and patient (much more so than either my wife and I could ever be) and have ingratiated themselves to a point where my folks trust and feel comfortable with them in their home.
